The beings are greatly blissful, with a blue body and great splendor, as bright as a billion suns. They have a wrathful appearance, like a sixteen-year-old, with all the marks and signs complete, and all adornments perfectly adorned. They have four faces and twelve arms, residing in a right-extended posture. With three eyes, their mouths bare fangs. The left and right faces are white and yellow, and the western face is red. The first two hands hold a vajra (藏文:རྡོ་རྗེ།,梵文天城体:वज्र,梵文罗马拟音:vajra,汉语字面意思:thunderbolt/diamond scepter) and a bell (藏文:དྲིལ་བུ།,梵文天城体:घण्टा,梵文罗马拟音:ghaṇṭā,汉语字面意思:bell) perfectly, while the others hold the head of Vishnu and carry Vishnu's skin. The remaining hands hold a battle-axe, a three-pointed spear, a copper knife, and a hand drum in the right hands. The left hands hold a lasso, a skull cup, a khatvanga, and a threatening mudra. The heroes are adorned with a garland of skulls, and their hair is bound with a half-moon on the crown of their heads. They wear tiger skins adorned with various vajras and embrace Vajra Dakini. This is one face. Another face has two arms and three eyes, naked and blue in color. Their bodies are marked with constellations of stars and are adorned with all ornaments. The left hand embraces and holds a skull cup, while the right hand raises a vajra and makes a threatening mudra. On the petals are the dakinis and so on. On the eight-spoked wheel are the extremely wrathful mothers and so on, from the crow-faced ones to the end, which is the destroyer of Yama. These are the twenty yoginis, with one face and four arms, white, yellow, red, and green, who are the dakinis and so on. The corners are marked with fragments of skulls. Also, white, yellow, red, and green are arranged in a counter-clockwise direction. Blue-gray, yellow, green, and yellow are located in the corners in a clockwise direction. The heroes with skull fragments and the extremely wrathful mothers and so on have four arms. The yoginis have two arms. The vajra, bell, khatvanga, and hand drum belong to the heroes. The goddesses hold skull cups, vajras, and threatening mudras. At the time of blessing the heart and so on, only the four vajras are used. The samadhi of body, speech, and mind is the mind-hero.

The mantra practitioner smears many mustard seeds with the blood and fat of obstructors, repeatedly, and shapes them on the ground when the eighth lunar day star is victorious and the sun is hot. The secret field, soaked with fat and blood, and bent into its skull cup, takes the appropriate ripe seeds that have been produced. The wise one squeezes the raw material of butter without touching the fire, and places the butter without touching the ground, protecting it with mantra and yoga. Then obstructs again.
