Land! There, practitioners should repeatedly prostrate. The guide should say "Ala la ho (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)". The receiver should say "Aho sukha (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)". When requesting nectar and other things, one should also say this. Look, the extremely beautiful Dharma! Because there is no discrimination about this, Brahmins, dogs, and Chandalas, being of the same nature, should eat together. In the mandala of male and female yogis, this verse should be given. With the circling of the lotus as a preliminary, after thinking of the mind as clear as crystal, with the right hand on the lotus seat, raise the three-pointed vajra. With a mind free from the defilement of desire, the well-come Dharma is priceless. Completely purify grasping and non-grasping, I prostrate to that very nature. For the sake of accomplishing union, the yogi should combine all actions as they are. One should say, "How to practice blissfully." Answer each with verses. Thus, when requesting food and other things, should one perform scattering, drinking, and other actions? It is said, "Without having done cleansing," one should not judge purity and impurity. Moreover, from elsewhere it is also said: "Here, one should not judge what is edible and inedible, what is permissible and impermissible, what is drinkable and undrinkable." And, "Here, bathing and cleansing are not necessary, here, asceticism and hardship are not necessary." And, "One should abandon the customs of the village." And, "Even if drunk, or sitting without restraint, it is okay," although other scriptures speak of the faults of drinking, here it will not become such a fault. Now, in order to engage in the realm of touch, the realm of touch is also proclaimed: "Mother, sisters, daughters, and daughters-in-law, all can be engaged with there, thus the tsokhor will be accomplished." Therefore, for those who have become kingly caste, Brahmin caste, Jewish caste, and outcaste, such as singers, dancers, prostitutes, maidservants, and other castes, one should not discriminate, one should make offerings. Having sealed with the nature of the five castes, hair that is extremely long, black and shiny or dark blue, suitable as a limb of enlightenment, like Li flowers, lotuses, some like ruby lotuses, radiant, with wide eyes, good at speaking, etc., are emanations.

Having annotations and the like. The practice that can captivate a hundred yogis is: to keep the body in mind as a deity, to keep the feeling in mind as happiness, to keep the mind in mind as simultaneously arising, and to keep the dharma in mind as unborn. Through these, unarisen sins and non-virtues are not caused to arise, arisen non-virtues are abandoned, unarisen virtues are caused to arise, and arisen virtues are made firm. Likewise, to aspire that there is no other Buddha-field other than these three realms, to realize the bodhi of the mind in an instant, to perfect the samadhi of diligence in an instant, and to cut off doubts with wisdom in an instant. Cherishing the lama and spiritual friends, and being wary of the root downfalls, is the power of faith; taking it close is the power of diligence; mindfulness is spoken of; meditating single-pointedly with samadhi is the power of samadhi; experiencing that very single-pointedness of samadhi oneself is the power of wisdom. Making these five powers increase from one to the next is the five strengths. The seven branches of bodhi are: mindfulness, discrimination of dharmas, diligence, joy, pliancy, samadhi, and equanimity. These refer to the desire to adorn the body with incense and flowers after bathing, and the thought of incense, flowers, lamps, perfumes, offering water, music, and clean food. It is also explained in this way. What are the eightfold noble paths? To rightly view the lama as Vajradhara, to rightly realize the aggregates, elements, and sense bases as deities, to abide in speech as mantra, to practice vows and precepts, and to consume the five meats in order to live on little and bad food is right livelihood. To strive to benefit sentient beings is right effort. Not forgetting the lama's instructions is right mindfulness. The mind abiding in the state of Mahamudra is right samadhi. Therefore, here, among these thirty-seven factors of enlightenment, some are
