This refers to the ability to move the minds of a hundred heroes in a single moment in the world realm, or to the maturation of the power of all the bodhicitta of the channels being gathered together. Thereafter, in this state of the Tsokhorlo (assembly wheel), the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment should be gathered. For this purpose, the twelve dharmas of the path of accumulation are taught. For this reason, it is said, "Endowed with great power of miraculous feet." Because of moving quickly, it is the miraculous foot, meaning the path with attachment is fast. There are four of them: the miraculous foot of mind, the miraculous foot of diligence, the miraculous foot of aspiration, and the miraculous foot of samadhi of investigation. The miraculous foot of mind is the mind, wanting to attain Vajradhara in an instant with a mind without doubt. The miraculous foot of diligence is not dwelling in laziness, wanting the wisdom of the Buddha in an instant by oneself and others, meditating on the nature of the messenger's body, the eye mother, and so on. The miraculous foot of aspiration is wanting to realize Suchness in an instant. The miraculous foot of investigation is to be realized by engaging without doubting the guru's instructions. Power is going, and because it goes from above to above, it is great. "That itself" means what was just said. "That itself holds great mindfulness" means not forgetting such instructions. Also, mindfulness is the four mindfulnesses. In "The four mindfulnesses are the king of samadhi," body mindfulness is seeing as a deity, that is, the aggregates and so on. Feeling mindfulness is seeing as great bliss because it arises in dependence on it. Dharma mindfulness is the guru's instructions, seeing all dharmas as unborn and of one taste. Mind mindfulness is to remember the mind as one in the nature of Mahamudra. Because they are to be meditated on, they are called samadhi. Here, the four right abandonments should also be observed. Causing the unarisen virtuous dharma to arise is the third. Causing the arisen to increase is the fourth, Precious Speech Empowerment. Not causing the unarisen non-virtuous dharma to arise is the samaya.

What is (ག་གོ)? Abandoning desire is abandoning it, and these have also been clarified. These are the dharmas of the path of accumulation. Now, the path of joining will be explained. The power of faith is to have faith in the Vajrayana. The power of diligence is to be diligent in receiving the instructions of the guru. The power of mindfulness is to maintain mindfulness of it. The power of samadhi is to become accustomed to it, which is meditation. The power of wisdom is because they are the place of (wisdom), so one should rely on a qualified person. These five are the powers that should be distinguished, namely the power of desire, the power of diligence, the power of samadhi, the power of mindfulness, and the power of wisdom. Now, the dharmas of the path of seeing will be explained. "Bodhi limbs, flowers, and incense." It is said that the seven limbs are the means to attain enlightenment. That is, they should be enjoyed and used as ornaments. What should be enjoyed is flowers and incense, which is real incense. Water, lamps, incense, food, and sound are the seven. What should be used as ornaments are flower ornaments or jewel ornaments, such as necklaces, earrings, armlets, bracelets, necklaces, belts, and anklets. Incense means that it should be worn on the body, hands, feet, and so on. "The ocean of the qualities of the Tathagata." This refers to the ultimate path. The Tathagata refers to the five families. Qualities refer to powers, fearlessness, dharanis, samadhis, and so on. The ocean refers to the place where qualities arise. Alternatively, the qualities of the Tathagata refer to the five objects of desire, which are the consorts. "Know the eight aspects of the path in accordance with the principles." This means that the path is the noble truth. The limbs refer to the eight limbs, such as right view. "In accordance with the principles" means that it is said in this way because it is taught in the Mahayana and the names and numbers are consistent. "Know" means that because the Vajrayana reveals its meaning, right view is the yoga of one's own deity. Right thought is to think about it with certainty. Right speech refers to Vajra recitation and so on. Right mindfulness is to remember as if it were the body, to remember happiness as if it were feeling, and to remember the Dharma without fault.
