Because I exist, it is a meaningful power! As swift as the Tathagata's mind. The so-called "power" refers to the habitual pace, as swift as the power of the Tathagata. The Tathagata's mind, in the moment of knowing, knows everything, hence it is called swift. The so-called "Victor" means that the pure one has destroyed the afflictions. The so-called "Supreme Victor" means that the afflictions themselves have been made the path. Therefore, it is called victory over enemies. An analogous example is given: The Chakravartin is very powerful. This refers to the Chakravartin king who subdued all four continents and made them his subjects, hence he is very powerful. Another example is shown: The teacher of the Sangha, the best of the Sangha. Thus it is said. Sangha means a gathering of people. The so-called "its teacher" means that he has subdued them and made them his disciples, hence he is the best of the Sangha. Alternatively, Sangha means appearance. Its teacher is the pure one, because he tames and destroys (appearance). Therefore, he is the best of the Sangha. Lord of the Sangha, owner of the Sangha, endowed with power. This refers to the fact that lord, owner, and independent one are different names. Great power, holding dear. This refers to the fact that in an instant, afflictions are destroyed, hence the power is great. Holding dear refers to purity, meaning that he is the one who harms. Or, because one cannot be defeated and overwhelms others, one is called great power.

The fourth is the teacher. It is said that the four truths are suffering, origin, cessation, and path. The teacher refers to the one who possesses purity speaking to the Shravakas and others. What will that become? It speaks of things like non-retrogression. It is for the sake of producing the fruit of the Shravaka, such as the once-returner, the non-returner, and the Arhat. Is that all? The guide is the Pratyekabuddha, because the twelve links of dependent origination are shown below, so its fruit is like a rhinoceros, and the gathering is the arising of behavior. Not only that, it is also said: arising from various liberations. In short, it is the various liberations gathered by the three vehicles. Arising from karma means arising from this completely pure meaning. It is said that the great elements are the only cause. The so-called great elements are both "arising" and "great," so they are the great elements, namely earth, water, fire, and wind. The only cause refers to the completely pure Bodhicitta. Bhikshu Arhat has exhausted the outflows. The so-called Bhikshu refers to the nominally established Bhikshu, the vowed Bhikshu, the begging Bhikshu, and the Bhikshu of true meaning. This is the Bhikshu of true meaning, because it is completely pure. The Arhat himself is the enemy of afflictions, because he plunders the seven noble riches. Outflows refer to the conceptual thoughts that rely on objects and senses. Exhaustion refers to meditating on objects and senses as neither gods nor goddesses. Alternatively, the outflow of desire refers to the conceptualization of objects and object-possessors, the outflow of existence refers to birth, old age, sickness, and death, and the outflow of ignorance refers to revolving in samsara. The outflow of views refers to clinging to self and what belongs to self, and these have been exhausted by that Bhikshu. What is that exhaustion? It is said: Subduing the senses by being free from desire. The so-called freedom from desire refers to the desire and attachment to objects, because of being separated from it. Subduing the senses refers to meditating on the body as the mandala of deities. Alternatively, it is the subdued behavior of the senses. Is it just subduing? On top of that, it is said: Obtaining happiness. It refers to obtaining it by relying on the five desirable qualities. Fearlessness refers to not having fear no matter where one goes, or not having

Moreover, wherever one practices, one can be free from the fear of samsara. The so-called "attainment" is to attain suchness through it. Nirvana also has no suffering of desire, so it becomes cool. Purity is without the waves of conceptualization. How is it obtained like this? "Possessing wisdom and feet." It is said that the guru's oral instruction is wisdom, like the eyes, it should be understood, and the practice experience should be practiced like the feet. Or wisdom is a view, like the eyes. By respecting the feet of the guru, it can be obtained, and the behavior should also be practiced like the feet. In this regard, "The Sugata is the best of worldly wisdom." It is said that even if one lives in the world, one should know that it is a happy passing away. Or the world is form, etc., knowing that they are completely pure and inseparable, is the supreme wisdom of the Sugata. What is wisdom like? "Not clinging to self, not clinging to what is mine." It is said that one does not cling to self and what belongs to self. However, "Abiding in the truth of the two truths." This is abiding in the truth of the ultimate truth and the conventional truth, meaning that there is no direct realization. That is reaching the end of the other shore of samsara. "Having finished the work, abiding in the dry land." This refers to the non-learner. However, for beginners, as mentioned above, one should enter the ten perfections. Therefore, it is characterized by having finished the work, having done what has been done, unloading the burden, and so on. Like this, it is only to determine the difference of wisdom. For example, if you go to the treasure island, you will not even hear the names of land and stones, etc., and here too, you will not open up other opportunities. Therefore, it can make the head of afflictions fall. "Completely destroy with the sword of wisdom." That's what it says. Now, in order to proclaim the Dharma of the three causes, paths, and results, "The excellent Dharma, the Dharma King is full of light." It is said that the excellent is the Buddha who knows everything, and the Dharma is the twelve parts of scripture. The Dharma King is separated from that, and is the supreme secret. Light refers to light, because it proclaims it, so it is complete.
