Is it not permissible? Because both can realize the same meaning. If asked, is it so? The answer is, it is indeed so. Humans and livestock will appear. Those who think that wisdom (ཤེས་རབ་ཡེ་ཤེས།) is the fourth bliss of the discriminating wisdom of meditating on the wheel of the mandala, and those who have fallen from the wisdom of the Great Seal, completely gathering discriminating thoughts, and who cannot understand wisdom (ཤེས་རབ་ཡེ་ཤེས།) from the instructions of an unqualified guru, will think that the leaking bliss produced by the bliss of change is wisdom (ཤེས་རབ་ཡེ་ཤེས།) itself, and approach it. To refute this view, the distinction of "unchanging" is stated. Those who do not understand the vajra words at all, the fourth is also the same. From this statement, it can be seen that the third bliss arising from the action mudra is considered wisdom (ཤེས་རབ་ཡེ་ཤེས།) because there is no difference between cause and effect, and it manifests as attachment to the bliss of the two organs. Not relying on a guru, losing the supreme unchanging bliss, is even worse than livestock. They will not experience the Samantabhadra wisdom (ཤེས་རབ་ཡེ་ཤེས།) without the bliss of change, so it is said that only the fourth bliss can make sentient beings in the world believe. To explain this, the distinction of "fourth" is stated. If it is said that if this bliss, which arises from the action mudra and the wisdom mudra, and has the nature of change and leakage, becomes the wisdom of the Tathagata, then, what is the meaning of the words of the Bhagavan in the Net of Illusion, "Sixteen halves holding bindu," and "Holding the boundary of the fourth dhyana," etc.? In the King of Tantras, also in the chapter on wisdom, it says, "Thus, the four kinds of mind abide in the three realms, in the center of the bindu of beings. The lords of yoga freely give the fruit of equal bliss, which should be protected as the cause of liberation. If the bindu is released, the seed of the yogi's birth, the supreme bliss is lost, what liberation is there? Therefore, this moment of samsaric bliss should be abandoned at all times by those who strive for vows." Therefore, one should not say that this is wisdom Here, if wisdom (ཤས་རབ་ཀྱི་ཡེ་ཤེས།) is transferred.

If the fruit born from the cause of wisdom with self-nature is the wisdom of means, then at that time, the fruit born from the cause of means becomes the wisdom of means for the sake of the great mudra accomplishment of wisdom. In this way, because they are mutually dependent, they become two wisdoms. If these two wisdoms are established separately, there is no non-dual wisdom. Because there is no non-dual wisdom, the Buddha himself does not exist, because he is separated from the completely pure and unchanging wisdom. If wisdom is wisdom, then the wisdom of means is the wisdom of means, just like the previous fault. Then, the nature of the third kind of changing happiness will not become wisdom, even if it becomes another form. Why did the Blessed One use the example of changing happiness to explain for the sake of following the world? This is true, but in the mundane world, it is explained for the sake of metaphor. On the contrary, this will not become the wisdom of the Tathagata. It is said that only through forward and reverse movement, two noble verses are used to illustrate and show. For example, "leakage" and so on. Among them, white is the mind of enlightenment. Unborn means unopened. What is the cause of the mango fruit? It means there is no cause. It is said: The treasure that accomplishes everything, the mind of enlightenment will fall, when the five aggregates and consciousness faint, how can perfect accomplishment exist? Now, the nature of the exhaustion of the obscurations of the fourth state, if there is no cause, except for the child, is the Buddha himself, is this retribution?

The expression of language will change. Those who practice according to the behavior of Caṭaka are of the wise lineage. Their emptiness and compassion from previous lives, relying on the power of unreal and indestructible habits, transcend the collection of dust particles, are far from the meditation of discriminating thoughts on mandalas and wheels, and strive to manifest the supreme and unchanging bliss, not aiming at the cause of the Great Seal's accomplishment as an object of attachment, and constantly seek the benefit of themselves and others. Those of inferior wisdom only pursue the pleasure of the two roots and only run towards the suffering born of desire. They are childish people who lose their own interests and suffer themselves, so how can they benefit others? This is what is said directly and indirectly, such as "saṃsāra." Saṃsāra refers to having characteristics such as desire, form, and formlessness. Its pleasure refers to enjoying things such as garlands, sandalwood, and women. Impermanence refers to having the nature of destruction. Even if it is not obtained, even if it is not acquired, ignorant people will desperately pursue it. The wise do not covet the pleasure of saṃsāra, but abandon the true joy of kingship. The true king is the cakravartin, and his object is himself, and obtaining his pleasure is also the same. For liberation, to be completely liberated from the suffering of saṃsāra, this is the direct meaning. In the ultimate sense, saṃsāra refers to the characteristics of the aggregates and elements. Its pleasure is born of the two roots. Impermanence is only a momentary thing. Even if it is not obtained, it comes from the nature of having limbs. Even so, they still pursue and expect it. Because of this, ignorance is delusion. Great, that is, being free from discrimination, this is called great delusion. The wise, that is, the bodhisattva who sees the truth, will truly abandon the true joy of kingship. The true king is the great cakravartin, residing in the palace of Akanishta, the Bhagavan glorious Shakya Simha. His pleasure is boundless.
