This is the meaning of certainty. In that mandala, the solar lotus in all directions and corners is said to be twelve lotuses. The one with twice the Manu petals is said to have twenty-eight petals. With the rays of the sun, that is, with twelve parts of a half-finger. Those twelve half-fingers are divided into seven parts, and the central part is the center. The two parts on the left and right are four petals, the three parts on the left and right are eight petals, and the four parts on the left and right are sixteen petals, so there are twenty-eight petals. Likewise, the door of the essence is By the power of the merits of darkness. From this, the door of the intermediate mandala is doubled by the power of the merits of dust. From this, by the power of the merits of vigor, the door of the body mandala is quadrupled. Walls and stables are also the same. The three circumferences are arranged, that is, the arrangement of the circumferences of water, fire, and wind, which should be done well with three eights, that is, with twenty-four. In the initial part of those three circumferences, the circumference where the sun and moon rise should be made with half rays, that is, with twelve. At the end of these, it should be done with twelve vajra garlands, and the twenty-four are the flames of vajra. Among them, what is the wheel at the end of the door, that is, each with eight spokes, in the center of the circumference of wind and fire, with twelve parts. Under the pillars of the outer mandala, on the steps, with twelve as the seats of the powerful ones, is the mandala of wind and so on. The chariot is with twelve in the center of the door. In that place, the stable of the speech mandala, leaving out twelve half-fingers, at one-half of the door, make a chariot similar to the clothes of the gods such as Indra. In the east and west, leaving out the vase of the stable of the body mandala, one should look at the chariots of the sky and the underground. This is the certainty of drawing the lines of the mandala. That is, according to the ritual of laying out colored powders as described by Vajra and others, here the lines are drawn and all the abodes of the deities have been purified. After that, offer incense, flowers, etc., and tormas, and then begin to lay out the colored powders from the outside.

Because it corresponds and is in accordance with wealth, five colors should be made, that is, the wealth of the wheel-turning king, or powder should be made with five precious jewels. Among them, green with emerald powder, black with indranila, red with padmaraga, white with crystal moonstone, yellow with ruby, and blue with great lapis lazuli. Similarly, for common wheel-turning kings, yellow with gold powder, white with pearl powder, red with coral powder, black with lapis lazuli powder, and green with a mixture of four colors. The division of the five grains refers to mung beans, etc., or undamaged grains, or the colors of many precious jewel powders, or the commonly mixed colors, which are for all sentient beings, just like vajra, just like undamaged grains. Just like emerald and other powders, just like the mixed colors. Just like wealth, use these to sprinkle powder on the land in all directions. Alas, Lord of Men, those who will explain the Buddha's classification are for the mandala. In the periphery, the surroundings of the earth are yellow, water is white, fire is red, and the surroundings of wind are black, which are arranged in order. This is the land of color said in "In the East," etc. Here, due to the signs and faces of the main deity, the land of the mandala will become parts of various directions, because the face is black, etc. Therefore, due to the complete purity of the mind, the east will become the land of auspicious black. Due to the complete purity of speech, the south is similar to the sun. Due to the complete purity of the face of wisdom, the west is golden, that is, yellow. Due to the complete purity of the face of the body, the north is another color, that is, white. In this way, through the classification of the faces of Vajradhara, the colors of the powder should be distinguished in all directions. That is, starting from the direction of the powerful one, according to the actions of white and other colors, spread them in all directions, and then determine them by the classification of the faces, which is certain. Now, starting from "white," etc., the powder colors of the pedestal, etc. are described. Here, the pedestal is white, that is, the cloth of the image. On it
