The mantras for contemplation, offering, and recitation are each six hundred thousand, six hundred thousand, one million, and one hundred million. This is the definitive statement of the Bhagavan from the Root Tantra. Now, the accomplishment of pills is taught, such as "Siddha," etc. Here, first, after accomplishing the mantra for pills with the previously taught ritual: Om Kalachakra Ajna Siddha Gulikam Sadhaya Svaha. From these categories, after accomplishing the flesh of one category, drying it in the shade, and making it into powder together with the five amritas, then mixing it with Acala (immovable one), and making pills the size of a chickpea, that is how it is "Siddha." "Bound by three irons" means that here, with the purity of body, speech, and mind, with the distinctions of the moon, sun, and Rahu, silver, copper, and lodestone iron. Binding them separately is "bound by three irons." If one accomplishes it in the order of the flesh pill of the sky-goers that will be taught, then the sky-goer herself will give her word. Similarly, the flesh pills of beings such as dogs and horses that move on the ground and move in the water, after being accomplished and bound by three irons, will remove hunger, thirst, etc., and diseases from the body. This is the definitive statement of the pill accomplishment. Now, the accomplishment of eye medicine is taught, such as "those," etc. Here, first, as before, after accomplishing the mantra for eye medicine, then one should accomplish the eye medicine. This eye medicine makes one invisible in invisible places, and in places to be controlled, it controls the mind of a young girl.

Then, in the center of that, at the center of the mandala, place the pills or eye medicine, making them reside in the skull. Like this, in the center of that, place the meat pills or eye medicine, and offer them properly with extremely fragrant flowers. Similarly, give blessings to the previously mentioned torma, etc., and then perform the mantra recitation ritual previously mentioned very well. By the command of the Wheel of Time, recite the mantra until the pills or eye medicine emit light. Then, at that time, take and hold them. If the light does not emit, then at that time, too, practice the mantra until the deity is completely established. Then, the people with the number of pills held will become holders of the vidyā of the pills. Similarly, they will become holders of the vidyā of the eye medicine. Similarly, for jewels, etc., first, "Kālacakra" is certain. So, after making an iron sword, accomplish it with the certainty of the deity. A crystal jewel, and a silver lotus, and a golden wheel, and a vajra of the nature of all iron, and similarly, a bell and an iron hooked knife should also be made. This is the certainty of accomplishing the signs. Similarly, all weapons such as tridents and battle-axes should be accomplished. By the command of the Wheel of Time, whatever weapon is accomplished, that sign will hold the vidyā of that kind. If, like the essence accomplished by the certainty of the deity, one encounters saṃsāra in seven lifetimes, even without practice, those who travel in the sky will be accomplished, which is certain from the root tantra. This is the ritual for accomplishing pills, etc. Then comes the hundred verses with more than seventy stanzas.
