It is the dharma of the returning state. Other vowels are wind and so on. The sound of 'etc.' includes sky and so on. A a i ri u li. A e ara o ala. Ha ya ra va la, etc. Similarly, it is long, it is the nature of dream. The letters of the coarse group, including the twelve vowels, three hundred and sixty, are the nature of waking. The other sixteen are coarse changes, that is, each letter is contained by fifteen vowels, including consonants, are the sixteen changes. In total, the five realms, the five roots of karma, and the five objects are changes, together with mind are sixteen. Among these earth and so on, Vajradhara is not self-nature, nor is it change, it is the one without pervasive self-nature. Because it is the dharma of the mind liberated from the habits of samsara, therefore, whatever mind has, that mind is not mind, that is, the mind that is separated from samsara, there is another mind of nirvana, which the Bhagavan proclaimed by the name of Vajradhara. It is the determination of the four self-natures. Now, by the sentence "In samsara" and so on, it is declared that sentient beings each enjoy the fruits of their own karma. In this samsara, sentient beings are happy or suffering, or happy and suffering, abiding in the qualities of self-nature, that is, abiding in the qualities previously mentioned, it means that it is done by oneself. What is born from karma is eating, that is, what is born from the karma done by oneself is born from karma, it means enjoying. That itself here has three kinds by the power of body, speech, and mind, namely coarse, subtle, and peaceful. There are also three kinds, namely special karma and non-karma. Among them, the mind that arises "I am the doer," that is called special karma. The mind that arises "The doer is other, is the owner of livestock or other," that is called karma. The doer is not oneself or another, but is self-nature liberation, liberated from the aggregates such as skandhas, the mind that arises, that is called non-karma. Therefore, knowing to be free from clinging to oneself and others as the doer, that kind of karma is not done by the doer, nor is it the doer.

The author is not the cause. What arises from karma is due to the power of assembly, just as rice sprouts from a rice seed, so good karma produces the fruit of good karma. Just as weeds sprout from a weed seed, so non-virtuous karma produces the fruit of non-virtuous karma, it is neither self-produced nor other-produced, it should be explained as such. The result of karma is certain. Now, beginning with "therefore" and so on, it speaks of karma with results but without an author. In this cycle of existence, no author gives or takes away the happiness and suffering of beings. Because whichever of the three actions is done, the previous karma done by oneself will bring forth the fruit, therefore no author gives or takes away. This is its meaning. The author who produces and gathers gives, while taking away is the thought of the deluded. Why? Because they do not see with their own senses the holes that take away immeasurable merit from their own bodies. Their own senses indulge in the external six objects and are separated from the inner, undefiled bliss. The certainty of enjoying the fruit of one's own karma. Now, beginning with "desire" and so on, it speaks of the absence of a true combination of things among the authors of desire and so on. Here, the power of desire that arises in the minds of beings is able to manifest things and cause the mind to engage in them. Action is to cause the mind to engage in things. The power of wisdom is to make things equal, and to focus on meaning, determining meaning is determining the meaning of wisdom. Again, abandonment, that is, the previous abandonment of wisdom is the fourth, the three existences gather, and it is determined in sequence by non-duality, these are the four powers of the mind. Among these four powers, which one is the nature of a completely pure mind, Vajradhara? Luminosity and engagement, and the equality of things, focusing on meaning, without consuming anything, and not the abandonment of abandoning wisdom, this is the certainty of desire and so on. Now it is "I" and so on.
