Having exhaled at the ultimate point of the desired target, and thinking that the breath goes up from the navel, and thinking that the breath enters from the nose, thus not focusing downwards, how one understands the sound as desired, is also the hidden instruction of others. Such is the vajra recitation. The Suchness of the Torma. Then, having perfected the position of the Wrathful Lord with the previously mentioned sequence, and having manifested the wrathful ones in order, one should send them for the purpose of summoning the hordes of obstructors. Having sent them, one should contemplate the three cities of liberation on those three. Thinking thus, one generates the vajra by the gathering of the elephant vessel, and likewise generates the bell of the earth vessel, becoming the holder of the vajra and bell. For the benefit of sentient beings, one should bless the torma from the division of actions and the combination of colors. They are summoned to the city of Vajradhara, and those who lead astray are summoned above by the Crown Wheel-Turner, and below by the mere summoning of the Harm-Adorned King. Having praised with mantras such as Om Andi Dza Ma Dza La, and then Om Akarshaya Jah Om Padma Traya Prabeshaya Hum. Om Sva Sva Sthana Bandhaya Vam. Om Vajra Ghandaya Vashidkum Ruru Hoh, having summoned, entered, bound, and satisfied. Having transformed into nectar by the spoken ritual, and then offerings such as foot-washing water, flowers, incense, fragrance, and the five lamps, praises, and with the near offering of the torma as the forerunner, one should sing the boundary song and perform the lotus circumambulation and so on. Then, in the places of entanglement, having made the binding of hand gestures, one should discern in the center of the city of liberation of the obstructors. In the central city and the eastern petal thereof, the Lord of Power with a thousand eyes, white-yellow in color, holding a vajra in his hand, residing on the white elephant Airavata. On the southern petal, Yama holding a staff in his hand, black, riding a buffalo. On the western petal, the water god white, riding a makara, holding a kumuda and a lotus in his hand. On the northern petal, the yellow Yaksha, riding a horse, holding a fruit of glory in his hand. All of them are adorned with ornaments and possess jeweled crowns, Yama.
