There is no meditation or meditator, because there is nothing to meditate on. It means that for all dharmas, only non-discrimination is meditation. As it is said: For someone, there is not even a little bit of the practice of meditation; because there is not even a little bit of meditation, therefore, there is no object to be meditated upon, that is what is called the true nature of meditation. Thus it is said. If it is non-discrimination, then how can one, from upholding vows etc., accomplish the difference in the state of one's own discrimination, or the benefit of others? The answer is: Starting from "non-discrimination" etc., even if one is inclined towards non-discrimination, all the discriminations of upholding vows etc., the yogi can completely accomplish. If one is particularly inclined towards non-discrimination, then it is very likely to turn away from altruistic activities, and to be combined again with the benefit of sentient beings, that is starting from "non-discrimination" etc. Therefore, this shows that in the initial stage of habituation, non-discrimination can arise only through special inclination, and everything can be accomplished there as well. When one gradually reaches the extreme from meditation, the mind of enlightenment is: The Tathagatas are all of the nature of Dharma, when it is transformed into the Dharmakaya, the aggregates such as form of the Dharma-possessor do not exist, because it is without self-nature. Its Dharma, only the Dharma-nature, emptiness also does not exist. In the conventional truth, both exist inseparably, thus it is established. Emptiness is not different from things, because it is not other than things. Thus, it is also said in the Dharani of Entering Non-Discrimination: Sons of the Victorious One, in this excellent Dharma, if they contemplate non-discrimination, transcending the difficult path of discrimination, gradually attain non-discrimination. The most peaceful one is the immovable supreme, the sovereign equal and unequal, the non-discriminating one is for that reason, the Bodhisattva therefore attains enlightenment. Thus it is said. Here, contemplating non-discrimination, refers to showing a special inclination towards non-discrimination. In the excellent Dharma, that is in the true nature. Discrimination is only the four difficult paths. Gradual means after habituation. Obtaining non-discrimination, is obtaining wisdom without elaboration. Therefore, from wisdom, one realizes bliss. The most peaceful one means without afflictions.

The reason for being immovable is that it is completely non-retrogressive. The reason for being supreme is that it is the supreme of all worldly and transworldly happiness. The reason for being empowered is that it can truly manifest as desired and as long as desired. Equality is being equal to other happinesses and types of happiness besides that. Inequality is only because of these four differences. Thus, "for the non-discriminating ones," etc., means that the Vajradhara of the result intends to extinguish all discriminations. Even so, due to the power of past aspirations, the Vajradhara who benefits others limitlessly arises from that, as it is said. "Similar to the sound of a rock," means that it is similar to being free from discrimination that arises from all sides and being without self-nature. Of the Dharma, that is, the speech of the cause of one's own realization, such as the continuum, etc., that is, the Mahayana, such as the continuum of correct union. Thus, the support of the perfect increase of one's own and others' benefit, the mind of enlightenment that has become the fruit, the unsurpassed mind of enlightenment arises from the incidental of the mind of enlightenment, therefore, it is manifestly said that only the cause being completely pure is the fruit. In order to make the Tathagatas such as Vairochana who can understand this meaning first approach and show through praise, therefore, "after that," etc., was spoken. Because the perfection of others' benefit can be accomplished with cause and effect, therefore, the Vajradhara is truly praised. That is the main vehicle to be traveled and attained, that is, the fruit. By the meaning of "this can go," the ordinary vehicle is the path. Both of those are also the collection of scriptures to be interpreted. From the vehicles of the Hearers, etc., the greatness that is distinguished as the ornament of the Sugata's intention, because it possesses nine aspects, therefore, the great is also it, and the vehicle is also it, that is, the Mahayana. For the qualities that will be explained, those that truly arise and increase, those vast are the vast.

Sumpa. Among them, those who have ceased to manifest and other activities in this world are established as the past. Although they exist, they are considered similar to non-existent ones because they do not function in the slightest, this is their thought. Those who manifest are those who appear in the present. Those who will manifest are those who will appear in the future. Moreover, everything is only existence. In other world realms, it is also established in this way. Yoga is the nature of Bodhicitta, and because it has mastery over it, it is the Lord of Yoga. With this, after praising with the perfection of self-benefit, it is said with the perfection of benefiting others, called the Liberator of Sentient Beings. It is also said with the nature of the Five Tathagatas, called Born of the Lord of All, all, that is, the nature of Vairochana Buddha and others, is born as nature, called Born of the Lord of All, that is, Vajrasattva. It is only showing that the nature of all lords is born, widely showing, with one practicing, etc., one, that is, with the nature of the wisdom of equality, experiencing various tastes as one taste, therefore one experiences, that is, Ratnasambhava. With the nature of mirror-like wisdom, the one who cuts off delusion is Vairochana. With the nature of accomplished wisdom, in order to accomplish all meanings, all is Amoghasiddhi. It has also been said: All abide in their own nature. With the nature of discriminating wisdom, from the non-conceptual great bliss Suchness, observing and acting separately, therefore he is the Amitabha Buddha here. It has been said: With supreme bliss, that is it. With the nature of the Dharma Realm completely pure wisdom, Akshobhya is wisdom. Thus, the Bodhicitta Vajra Bhagavan who leads the only nature of the Five Tathagatas, in order to subdue the trainable, manifests as the form of Akshobhya and others, thus manifesting. I, refers to one Tathagata. Thus, pay homage to all separately. Therefore, the collector uses many words such as praise
