Its eye consciousness sees the appearance of a lamp. Moreover, hell beings primarily rely on compassion as the cause of liberation. Similarly, what is called the appearance of space is seen by the consciousness that pervades animals, having been subdued. What is called dust is rays of light. Similarly, what is called white dust and so on, like the Rilu of Tsanaka, rays of light arise from the nose consciousness, subduing the beings of the hungry ghosts. What is called that which subdues afflictions is the name of past habitual tendencies, and also of yogis, that is, born from the human body. Thereafter, again, the various forms of the bodies of people are seen with the characteristics of self-consciousness, and by subduing those beings that are seen, all of them are seen as empty bodies. Similarly, what is called desire and so on, in desire, the eleven places of common enjoyment are seen by the body consciousness, and for the sake of preventing beings, for the sake of its nature, what is called enjoyment is for the sake of one's own emanation body. Similarly, what is called form is the gods of the nature of the form realm, which is the nature of mind consciousness. They also see the heavenly realms enjoying illusory forms. Thus, in the manner of seeing with the mind, the gods of the sixteen places are held. Thus, although it is not stated, the previously stated consciousnesses of the eye and so on should be understood. Similarly, what is called the sixth and so on is that the four gods of the formless realm see the object of afflicted mind consciousness. Because feeling is empty, it is said thus. Similarly, what is called the seventh and so on, what is called the nature of the Dharma realm is the nature of the alaya consciousness, because there is no object, it is the Dharma realm, from which all dharmas arise, in order to prevent them. What is called the eighth and so on, it transforms as it is said, it does not become other, that is, it is certain. Similarly, the yogis who have the characteristic of flowing upwards, transform into the fruit of Buddhahood, because they completely know their own nature.
