As previously stated, it should be extensively elaborated upon here in the same order. Otherwise, the vows will be broken. This is the definitive meaning. This, again, is for the sake of explaining the secret empowerment to the fortunate disciples who desire the meaning of the transcendent empowerment. Therefore, it is said, "Vidyādhara," and so forth. Here, in general, the statement that it arises from the five families means that it arises from the Brahmin and other castes. Similarly, with regard to "mantras" and so forth, indicating the path of mantras through the path of barbarians is twofold. One is the power of the guru; therefore, any woman from the three realms can be summoned by the power of mantras. The second is that in the Great Vehicle of mantras, one should not discriminate by practicing yoga. By relying on the path of mantras, one should not discriminate between women as being of noble or ignoble birth. The phrase "intelligent one," and so forth, is easy to understand. "Equipment" means that yoga will increase very quickly. The rest is easy to understand. "Auspicious woman" refers to one with lotuses. It is also said: "Turtle's back and elephant's trunk, lotus mouth and well-rounded, hairless and wide-mouthed, these six are called auspicious." "These girls" refers to the eight Vidyādharas. "According to the order of lineage" means arising from the Gauri and other lineages. Alternatively, whichever girl is born wherever, she should be taken, and by preceding with taking refuge in the Three Jewels and empowerment, one should listen to various holy teachings. Furthermore, the phrase "the order of various postures" refers to learning well in accordance with the teachings of desire, such as bending, contracting, stretching, and raising the thighs and stretching well. One should learn well and become proficient in up to sixty-four postures. Thus, for the practitioners, the bone ornaments of the hand seals, earrings, and all ornaments should be adorned. "Giving supreme accomplishment" means giving the accomplishment of the Great Seal. Those who have trained in such hand seals in the manner previously described will be as stated; otherwise, it is not so. "Accompanied by a friend who holds knowledge," here

Through the power of diligence, having obtained the eight great siddhis of the teacher, because of holding those siddhis, one is called a Vidyadhara. Those siddhis should also be invoked. Because at the time of obtaining transcendental siddhis, practicing other mundane siddhis becomes an aid. Therefore, all of these should be learned. The word "etc." includes gods and humans, etc. The so-called "garland of flowers," etc., refers to offering mudras to the teacher who is adorned with such qualities. Everything else is easy to understand. Now it is said that the disciple prays to the teacher. The so-called "disciple," etc., shows the actions of the disciple. The so-called "prostration," etc., is to praise for the sake of praying. This is also praising in the manner of Akshobhya. The so-called "omniscient wisdom," etc., is in the manner of Vairochana. The so-called "beings do not know," etc., is in the manner of Ratnasambhava. The so-called "Buddha," etc., is in the manner of Amitabha. Similarly, the so-called "Three Jewels," etc., is in the manner of Amoghasiddhi. The so-called "beings," etc., is in the manner of Vajrasattva. Thus, with the condensed nature of the Buddha's qualities, the teacher's qualities also become authentic, and the disciple will speak. Saying "that unsurpassed," etc., is the prayer. The so-called "Vajra Abhisheka" is the secret empowerment after the vase empowerment. The so-called "great secret," etc., is to pray to the guru after the wisdom-jnana empowerment. Thus, the so-called "glorious," etc., the guru also speaks as he has said, that is called "thus." The so-called "five desirable qualities" are form, sound, smell, taste, and touch. In places adorned with all kinds of these, the disciple should be initiated. The so-called "lord of beings," even if not spoken, similarly shows the vast ten empowerments. "Itself" is what must be grasped. However, after discarding the flower, the samaya should be given. Therefore, the so-called "nature" is for taming the body.
