Because it is practice, it is secret or difficult to measure, without the slightest appearance, nothing can be observed, and no one can see it. Similarly, the self-aware mind and the phenomena arising from the mind, arising and transforming from arising, that is, the essence containing containers, etc., are stable and moving objects. The objects spoken of by these infinite objects all pervade, therefore it is the self-nature mind of self-aware wisdom. This also dwells in the body, but it is said that the body is unborn, this is the body of yogis, that is, the body. What dwells in the bodies of these is the wisdom of discrimination. This also arises from outside the body. Therefore, although it dwells in the body, it is not born from the body, because it is formless. Because it is vast, when observing the body and the realms, it does not arise from anywhere. Because there is no place. Therefore, this is the secret seat. Thus, the yoga of the nature of the four seats is the seat of the fifth suchness, that is, what yogis constantly practice is definite. Now, in order to show the detailed classification of the four wheels, the Vajragarbha and others are said. Saying "request" is the word of the compiler. "How many channels are there in the body?" This is the request of Vajragarbha. "The Blessed One taught", this is to teach from the perspective of doctrine. "One hundred plus twenty", this is a brief word for the detailed classification of the four wheels. Among them, there are sixty-four lotus petals in the navel wheel. Similarly, there are eight lotus petals in the heart wheel. There are sixteen lotus petals in the throat wheel. There are thirty-two lotus petals in the crown wheel. Thus, the wheels of body, speech, mind, and wisdom are classified according to their nature of sixty-four, eight, sixteen, and thirty-two respectively, in short, one hundred and twenty. However, in detail, there are eighty kotis, which is due to the power of the nature of all dharmas. In addition, what is said in the world is three and a half kotis, which is the nature of hair and hair. Thus, the nature of the channel deities of the detailed classification of the four wheels is the four seats.

and so on should be known. Therefore, it is not extensively explained here. However, here I will briefly explain these with the oral instructions of the lineage of gurus. Among them, first of all, not clinging to the wheel of intrinsic nature, the bodhicitta is great bliss, the yoginis are sixty-four. Entering the lotus of the navel channel, forcefully uniting with the central channel, holding both feet with the hands, grasping the neck from the back of the neck, pressing the nostrils with both elbows, at that time one should hold the breath. With the method of ascending breath, inject the mind into the lotus. All dharmas are emptiness by nature, destroy the eight aggregates, enter the prana by binding the channels, the two pranas enter without distinction, untie the knot of the lotus. There are sixteen channels in the throat, burning in the knot of the central channel, liberated by the bonds of previous actions, entering the lotus of great bliss. Entering thirty-two places, flowing continuously from the channels. Hooking the prana from the thumb, dripping up to the crown chakra. After that, it is the kindness of the guru, the dharma of the yogini's assembly. This dharma should not be shown to anyone, it will become the chief of unobstructed goers. By this oral instruction of grasping the chakra of the channels, one attains accomplishment, and even deceives the time of death, what need to mention untimely death? By this method of continuous practice, one can even attain Buddhahood or the state of Vajradhara. Again, in order to show that when yogis practice the oral instructions, the continuity of the nature of bodhicitta arises within the emptiness of the thirty-two channels, therefore, "the nature of bodhicitta" and so on are declared. Here, there are two types of bodhicitta, one of which is the nature of continuous dripping, and the second is the meaning of the letters themselves. Among them, the continuously dripping one gives bliss to the yogis with the conventional truth. Similarly, the meaning of the letters gives the bliss of the ultimate truth. Moreover, the differences in the names of the thirty-two channels, until it does not change to the ultimate, yogis should obtain these names.
