Sentient beings know that the Vajrayana is contained within the Three Vehicles. Therefore, the Tathagatas, such as Vipashyin Buddha, did not teach scriptures, nor did they establish a treasury of the sacred Dharma. Because all the retinue can understand and fully comprehend with their own nature. Therefore, at this time of dispute, Shakyamuni Buddha truly proclaimed the Vajrayana. The compilers also personally heard it, and the compilers wrote or upheld the meaning of the scriptures. Therefore, all that has been transmitted from other places, and those with sharp faculties who have been learning from before, all of them are accomplished by the Paramita Vehicle, because the Vajrayana is contained within it. The Vajrayana is also the order of the body, the mind that relies on the body, thereby entering into the body, therefore the mind is the self-nature of self-awareness. Therefore, by experiencing to the utmost, the skandhas, dhatus, and ayatanas attain liberation. When, after that, becoming a Buddha or a Vajra-holder, one obtains stainless, non-elaborate wisdom, this is its meaning. Therefore, "in one's own body" refers to the Vajra body of the yogis. The Vajra body is because it possesses non-dual samadhi. Therefore, "the Buddha dwells" refers to self-aware wisdom. Therefore, abiding in unspeakable bliss, which is the meaning of the ultimate of bliss. The term "elsewhere" means other than one's own body. The term "nowhere" means that there is nowhere that is also free from the limit of self-awareness, that is, it does not abide in the meaning of the scriptures. In order to proclaim this meaning, it is said "in the body" and so on, abandoning one's own body and becoming a Buddha elsewhere, which is not found in the Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and Mahayana. Therefore, "It is thought to be obscured by ignorance." means that the thought of those who are separated from the Vajrayana is the thought of their own mind. Because they are in the same stream as children, they will experience suffering. The so-called "one's own body is the abode of great wisdom" refers to the formation of the supreme Sambhogakaya.
