Explanation of the meaning of. Now, let's explain the meaning of the third chapter. First, practice loving-kindness. This refers to the meaning of practicing the four immeasurables by the practitioner. Also, Bodhicitta, etc., here it says that knowing all dharmas to be without inherent existence is the essence of Bodhi. Another way is to visualize the mother's palace, an eight-petaled lotus, with Heruka in the center and eight goddesses such as Gauri on the eight petals. Then, light radiates from the seed syllable of Heruka, filling the sky. Gathering together, it is collected into the initial position in the center. Heruka dissolves into light and becomes emptiness. Then, at the urging of the four directional goddesses, the letter Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: 吽) appears, and the second stage is called collecting the seed syllable. Then, from the transformation of the letter, it becomes the form of Heruka, which is the third stage, the image is perfectly complete. The fourth stage is to fix the letter, meaning to visualize Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: 吽) on the sun in the heart of the Blood Drinker (Heruka). Visualize Ram (Tibetan: རཾ, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Ram) as the sun in front, which means that when starting to practice, it first indicates the target. Here the questioner says that the practitioner lives in places like charnel grounds, first visualizing himself as the form of the Blood Drinker, then visualizing Ram (Tibetan: རཾ, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Ram) on the sun in his heart, and then practicing the four immeasurables. But why do the four immeasurables appear first here? The answer is that it is for convenience, but also to keep it secret from heretics, etc., and to prevent foolish people from being clever without relying on the teacher, so it is shown in reverse order. Visualize Ram (Tibetan: རཾ, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Ram) as the sun in front, which means that the yogi visualizes the mandala of the sun from Ram (Tibetan: རཾ, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Ram) in front. Then, the sun Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: 吽) are all Vajras, meaning to visualize various Vajras on the sun, and visualize Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: 吽) in the center of the Vajra. From the Vajra, many Vajra mothers emanate, filling the sky, and then the boundaries are bound with Vajra walls, nets, and pegs. First visualize death, which means to visualize the great Lord of Gods as one's seat. Because that itself is the nature of emptiness, it is visualized as Dharmata. The yogi sits on it and visualizes the glory of Heruka.

“kya ba” etc. are easy to understand words. The fourth chapter on the empowerment of the deities is also easy to understand. Chapter Five, Explanation of the Chapter on Suchness. Now, let's explain the fifth chapter. The so-called "mother" and "mistress" refer to the visualization of the consorts of translators, etc., and are related to what follows. "One should diligently attend to it, and no distinctions should be made." This means that these consorts should be properly worshiped, and no discriminating thoughts should be made about good or bad, etc. "If secrets are not kept, apparitions and fire, thieves appear, causing suffering." This means that if the secret of worshiping such a consort is told or shown to someone who is not a vessel, then in this life one will be deluded by apparitions, burned by fire, robbed of wealth by others, possessed by demons, and tormented by many sufferings such as diseases. The mudras of the five families are said to be the cause of liberation. The so-called Vajra mudra, etc., refers to the consorts of the Vajra family, such as Mamaki and other consorts. Because they are the nature of generating wisdom, they are called the cause of liberation. The Vajra mudra is to visualize which family one belongs to, and when offering without being separate from it, one's own sensory vajra itself is the Vajra mudra, and the consort's mudra is also called a mudra. In the category of "etc.," it refers to the Ratna family, etc. The real meaning of these is the sensory mudra of the parents. The rest is easy to understand. The so-called "well-spoken in the six families" refers to the five families of Vajrasattva, etc., plus Akshobhya as the sixth family. Brahma, Nirvana, Buddha, refers to relating these six to the families: Brahma is the Tathagata family, Vishnu is the Vajra family, peaceful and virtuous is Mahadeva, that is, the Karma family, all dwell in me, this is the Ratna family, supreme bliss mind is the Padma family, perfect enlightenment is the Akshobhya family. The so-called "any body should be fully possessed" refers to the yogi's body being combined with the upper deities. Because that itself has become a deity and is the nature of a deity, it is called a deity. The rest is
