The so-called "you" is the nature of the Nirmanakaya. The so-called "Vajra Heart" is the essence of the Dharmakaya. The so-called "Great Hero" is the nature of the Sambhogakaya. The so-called "I" is the nature of the Trikaya. The so-called "speak" is to speak through the door of speech. The so-called "what" is self-awareness, because it is not the realm of others. That very secret language of realization is true wisdom. The ever-present yoga without forgetfulness has declared this to be it. O Vajra, what is the empowerment here? If one does not speak with the secret language of realization, then that mind will be displeased and corrupted, there is no doubt about this. Harm and thieves, as well as demons, plagues and poisons, even if one does not speak the secret language of the Tathagata, one will die. After obtaining a being with vows, if one does not speak these words, the yoginis born from the four places will be extremely wrathful at that time. In the Hevajra Tantra, if one does not speak that empowerment with the secret language, then one will surely break the vows. When the vows are broken, at that time it will become a transgression, there is no doubt about this. It has been said that harm is hail and so on. A thief is one who causes harm. Demons, plagues and poisons are also extremely famous. Let alone these demons and others killing ordinary sentient beings, they will even kill the Buddha. How to kill? If one does not speak with the secret language of realization. Not only is this a fault, but it is also said that others arise from it. Knowing one's own vows is to obtain one who knows one's own vows. If one does not speak these words, then at that time the yoginis will be angry. What is so special about it? Born from the four places, that is, the meaning of the accomplished yogini. It is believed that from that anger, one will truly fall into the lower realms. Alternatively, Hevajra is one who possesses non-dual wisdom. What empowerment is, is to obtain the abandonment of obscurations. If one does not speak, then with an indestructible nature, one will not be able to abide in the clear light. Therefore, breaking the vows is to manifest omniscience.

Perfection is becoming Buddha. Its decline arises from knowing it, and there is no doubt that it wavers. Thus, due to harm and so on, wisdom declines, and even the Buddha will pass away. Even having attained perfect wisdom, if the intentional speech is the indestructible nature of clear light wisdom. If it is not spoken, it means there is no reason. One's own sound is the mind. Its samaya is the gathering. After that, vidyā is knowledge, and all those are one's own samaya vidyā, like mirror-like wisdom, etc., the nature of the five wisdoms, the five Tathāgatas such as Vairocana who manifests various forms. The words of those are related to the intentional speech of those. Those are produced from the garland of Āli Kāli nāda (ཨཱ་ལི་ཀཱ་ལི,ālikāli,Sanskrit vowels and consonants, Tibetan transliteration), therefore each of the Āli Kāli nādas is also inseparable from the three vajras, and because of its indestructible nature, it is luminous, so it is the word of intentional speech. If this is not spoken, it will not generate the correct union. At that time, the yogini does not disturb, and from the complete transformation of vowels such as the letter A, it does not become the body of mantra. Therefore, the intentional speech itself will disappear. What is said to be so special about that? Born from the four places, it also matures into the four chakras, and is also the nature of the four great elements, the goddess Locanā, etc., who are perfectly accomplished from the nāda of Varaya, the nature of the five wisdoms and the three bodies, and skillful means and wisdom, are collected in the way of following and returning. After obtaining it, that intentional speech again correctly becomes intentional speech, and the indestructible clear light wisdom manifests. The so-called knowing one's own samaya is because those Tathāgatas are also the nature of the ḍākinīs, so the intentional speech of the two garlands of Āli Kāli nāda arises. The nature of the yoginis is also the Tathāgata, therefore the two garlands of nāda are the manifestation of intentional speech. However, the two garlands of nāda are the reality of mantra and all the deities, etc. From the second conceptualization, the order called secret speech is divided.
