我应当念诵什么呢？坛城的建造方面，用坟场的煤炭做黑色粉末颜料，这是不动尊的清净相。用男人的骨头做白色粉末颜料，这称为毗卢遮那佛的清净相。用樟脑做黄色粉末颜料，这是宝生佛的清净相。用坟场的砖头做红色粉末颜料，这是无量光佛的清净相。用盗贼的叶子和男人的骨头做绿色粉末颜料，这是不空成就佛的清净相。用人的骨头和坟场的煤炭做蓝色粉末颜料，这是金刚萨埵的清净相。用这些粉末颜料建造坛城。所谓用坟场的线来画线，就是在十四或八个部分组成的地面上，将线加持后放置。完成组合后，用那根线画出三肘的坛城，这是不动尊的清净相。在那坛城的中央，要画上无边镇压的欢喜金刚，八面，四足，用十六只手来装饰，二十四只眼睛显得巨大。那十六只具有标志的手，要画在坛城的中央。在坛城中，八位瑜伽母要从外向内画在莲花瓣上。完成这一切后，上师应当念诵咒语。所谓“以内部不驯服的心”，内部是指沉浸在巨大的精进中。不驯服的心是指愤怒的心。以此原因念诵咒语，就会下雨。在寂静的地方念诵：嗡 嘎达嘎达，古度古度，萨玛萨玛，嘎达嘎达，郭达亚郭达亚，阿难达秀巴嘎拉亚，纳嘎迪帕达耶，嘿嘿汝汝嘎，萨普达帕达拉嘎当纳嘎纳阿卡夏亚，瓦夏亚，嘎惹扎亚达惹扎亚，普普普普普普普吽吽吽啪啪梭哈。如果还不下雨，就把这个咒语倒过来念诵。反过来念诵是：梭哈啪啪吽吽吽普普普普普普普达惹扎亚嘎惹扎亚，瓦夏亚，阿卡夏亚纳嘎纳萨普达帕达拉嘎当，嘎汝汝嘿嘿，纳嘎迪帕达耶，阿难达秀巴嘎拉亚，郭达亚郭达亚，嘎达嘎达，玛萨玛萨，古度古度，嘎

What should I recite? Regarding the construction of the mandala, black powder pigment should be made from charcoal from the charnel ground, as it is the pure aspect of Akshobhya. White powder pigment should be made from the bones of a male, which is called the pure aspect of Vairochana. Yellow powder pigment should be made from camphor, as it is the pure aspect of Ratnasambhava. Red powder pigment should be made from bricks from the charnel ground, as it is the pure aspect of Amitabha. Green powder pigment should be made from the leaves of thieves and the bones of a male, as it is the pure aspect of Amoghasiddhi. Blue powder pigment should be made from human bones and charcoal from the charnel ground, as it is the pure aspect of Vajrasattva. With these powder pigments, the mandala should be constructed. As for "drawing lines with thread from the charnel ground," the thread should be blessed and placed on the ground, which is divided into fourteen or eight parts. After the combination is complete, a three-cubit mandala, the pure aspect of Akshobhya, should be drawn with that thread. In the center of that mandala, the all-subduing Hevajra should be drawn, with eight faces, four legs, adorned with sixteen arms, and twenty-four large eyes. Those sixteen hands with emblems should be drawn in the center of the mandala. In the mandala, eight yoginis should be drawn on the petals from the outside in. After all of this is done, the master should recite the mantra. As for "with an untamed mind within," "within" means indulging in great diligence. An untamed mind is an angry mind. If the mantra is recited for this reason, it will rain. In a secluded place, recite: Om ghada ghada, ghudu ghudu, sama sama, ghata ghata, ghotaya ghotaya, ananta shobha karaya naga dhipataye, hehe ruru ka, sapta patala gatam naga na akarshaya, varshaya, garjaya tarjaya, phu phu phu phu phu phu phu hum hum hum phat phat svaha.
