It is said that this clearly reveals the Vajradhara who is the union of the five wisdom mirrors and the self-nature of the Dakinis. It says, "The union of Āli and Kālī, the seat of Vajrasattva himself." The meaning of "The union of Āli and Kālī" is as follows: The mandala of empowerment for sentient beings, the self-nature of the five wisdoms such as mirrors, and the mandala of the self-nature of the fifteen Dakinis, obtaining the empowerment of Vajrasattva's semen, extremely pure, showing the self-nature of the Dharmadhatu. The two nāda garlands of Āli and Kālī, spreading from each pore of the heart of the Vajradhara who is inseparable from the selflessness mother, and then gathering back, entering from the pores, arising from the Vajra path, thus it is the empowerment of the mandala of all the goddesses. The meaning of "union" is that Āli and Kālī are inseparable and merge into it. Spreading and gathering is yoga. Moreover, the seat of Vajrasattva himself means that the Vajradhara resides in the self-nature of that seat. Alternatively, the union of Āli and Kālī means looking at it twice. Union means gathering, which is the self-nature of the three suchness of Vajrasattva. Seat means place. Āli refers to the sixteen letters beginning with the letter A, which are doubled to thirty-two by the nature of skillful means and wisdom. Kālī refers to the thirty-four letters beginning with the letter Ka, plus Ḍa, Ḍha, Da, Dha, Ya, and La, making forty, which doubled is eighty letters. Thus, the purity of the thirty-two major marks is the thirty-two letters, and the purity of the eighty minor marks is eighty. This means that it is Vajrasattva who possesses the thirty-two major marks and the eighty minor marks. Alternatively, the fifteen Dakinis such as the selflessness mother merge into the Dharmadhatu, the moon and sun are inseparable from the seed and the three suchness, from which arises the extremely pure self-nature of the Dharmadhatu, and with the self-nature of the five wisdoms such as mirrors, it is the selflessness mother who is inseparable from the Vajradhara.

Thus it is said: Āli and Kāli are jointly combined, Vajrasattva is indeed his seat. Āli is wisdom, Kāli is means. Whichever two are combined is the realization of the indivisibility of equal wisdom. Therefore, it is called Vajrasattva, the sound 'go' indicates the senses. The senses are the nature of rejoicing with the nature of the five wisdoms such as mirrors, and it is the Vajra Holder. Vajra means indivisible, therefore it is the selflessness of the nature of gathering. This refers to the indivisibility of Vajra Go means and wisdom, which is the unity of the three existences of Sattva, which is Go Vajrasattva. Its seat is the seat. These become the seat, the pervasive Vajrasattva. Thus, from the letter arises on the sphere, the letters Hūṃ and Phaṭ should not be written. The sound of the letter is the two strings of sounds of Āli and Kāli. Arising from that is the nature of arising from that. The sphere is whose body it is. The sphere arising from the letter is the letter Hūṃ itself, the Vajra Holder inseparable from selflessness. The letter Phaṭ is to separate, it is the very thing that is not desired. From the seed of the letter Hūṃ itself, the mudrā vajra of the Vajra Holder inseparable from selflessness is the selflessness inseparable from the Vajra Holder. The seed of the very nature of the two is inseparable. Or, the sound of the letter is immutable and immovable, therefore it is a letter. Arising from that is the Vajra Holder of the nature of conventional truth. Its sphere is the body, the nature of the ultimate truth that is the very collection of conventional truth. How is it said to be? Hūṃ, the ha of the letter Hūṃ is means, u is wisdom, the bodhicitta inseparable from the two is the moon. That is also a bindu, adorned with emptiness and no nature. Phaṭ is the wisdom selflessness. Its letter is the activity of discrimination. Not wanting is not wanting, it is spontaneously accomplished, acting for the benefit of all sentient beings. Or, from the letter arises on the sphere, the sphere that arises naturally without shaking. The letter is the agent, the bodhicitta abiding in the vajra navel is unshakable. What is the cause? Hūṃ, that is the letter Hūṃ.
