Sha. How to distinguish oneself from others, how to refer to oneself as "I," is to fully understand. Similarly, others, namely the beings of the six realms, should also be fully understood. How to refer to sentient beings as "others" is to understand others as others. Likewise, one should also understand oneself as others. Thus, by transforming both oneself and others into others, and by recognizing the inseparability of the two, the distinction between self and others disappears. Alternatively, how does the self exist? It is accepted as the pride of Vajradhara, inseparable from the mother of selflessness. How to refer to sentient beings as supreme is that very true and correct wisdom, not other, therefore clinging to "I." Similarly, others are also consciousness. Thus, by discerningly recognizing objects, senses, and consciousness, it is "I," the nature of the letters A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, literal meaning: without) and Hum (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, literal meaning: Hum), the wisdom of Vajradhara inseparable from the mother of selflessness, that very supreme and correct meaning. The yogi who contemplates in this way, starting from food and drink, etc., through this cause, thinks of himself as others and others as himself. Therefore, the yogi self is the one who knows the true yoga. Food and drink, etc., are to be enjoyed, such as food, drink, and feasts. Alternatively, food and drink, etc., food is food. Its drinking is protection. That is the initial cause. The wisdom that has become like that. Enjoyment can also be achieved by killing the target. By diligently generating compassion, even after killing, it is appropriate to consume the seventh rebirth. Acting for the benefit of others, that is what the yogi should do; this is the remainder. What will be explained further is: Its shadow will also become seven. Merely by eating it, one will quickly attain accomplishment. This is (the scripture). Alternatively, the yogi self is Vajradhara, inseparable from conventional truth and ultimate truth. Enjoy food and drink, etc. Kha (Tibetan: ཁ, Devanagari: ख, Romanized Sanskrit: kha, literal meaning: space) is freedom. Anam (Tibetan: ཨཱ་ནཾ, Devanagari: आनम्, Romanized Sanskrit: ānam, literal meaning: bliss) is mind. Thus, food is the senses and consciousness. Since the senses and consciousness also depend on objects, objects, senses, and consciousness themselves are food. These two, food and drink, are also inseparable, therefore they are established separately. Food is the wisdom inseparable from the three vajras. Its beginningless is birth.

And completely liberated from destruction. Because ma (藏文:མ་,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:ma,汉语字面意思:嘛) is the mind of enlightenment. A (藏文:ཨ་,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:啊) is selflessness. The two are inseparable. Diligence is attainment, that is, what is attained. Through truly realizing, it is the meaning of being placed in the state of Vajradhara. Therefore, how the limbs are transformed, how the words are greatly expanded, Heruka dwells in glory, thus they are said to be mantras and mudras. The meaning is this: killing and other non-virtuous deeds are done by body, speech, and mind. Here it is also shown that even killing has a function, any killing, because the body kills, so it is transformed by body, speech, and mind themselves. Those with true wisdom, and also skilled in means, act for the sake of perfectly fulfilling the benefit of themselves and others. How the limbs are transformed, how is it uninterrupted. The transformation of limbs is killing and other things that are contrary to the actions of the body. How the words are greatly expanded, are false speech and other frivolous words. Thus, it means infinite. Saying it as mantra and mudra, refers to the expression of language as mantra, and the transformation of the body as mudra, whatever is shown. "The twisting of limbs is a mudra." and so on. How is it said like this? Heruka dwells in glory. Abiding in the wisdom of glorious Heruka. If it is not like this, everything will generate non-virtue. Then, how does glorious Heruka himself excel, in what wisdom will everything become virtuous? That is what is said: glorious non-dual wisdom, is the meaning of the word glorious. He (藏文:ཧེ་,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:he,汉语字面意思:嘿) means after removing "i", ha (藏文:ཧ་,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:ha,汉语字面意思:哈) means emptiness and so on. The meaning of this word is "because of what". Because of what reason. He (藏文:ཧེ་,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:he,汉语字面意思:嘿) means emptiness and so on, is the emptiness of the original nature and so on. Ru (藏文:རུ་,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:ru,汉语字面意思:如) means being separated from the collection, the word ru refers to the nature of the five aggregates such as form, the characteristic of universal appearance. That is, the collection refers to in what wisdom that is free from concepts and speculation, it transcends its collection and concepts. Whatever is separated from ru, refers to being separated from the five aggregates such as form, and the concepts of all things.
