The phrase "in the form of an iron hook" means in the manner of symbolizing things to be symbolized with something like a finger. The phrase "inviting all the Buddhas residing in the three realms" means after inviting. The phrase "by the eight mothers" means by the eight yoginis. The phrase "after offering correctly" means after making offerings correctly with instruments such as the lute and flute, and afterwards, what is to be supplicated is the supplication. Alternatively, the phrase "one's own heart" means contracting and drawing into the heart, which is "the yogi's anger transforms into self-nature." This refers to the heart of the deity generated as the nature of Akshobhya. The phrase "from one's own seed syllable" means from the Vajradhara of the nature of the letter Hūṃ (हूँ, hūṃ, Hūṃ). The phrase "after black rays arise" means after emanating the clear light of wisdom of the nature of Akshobhya. Regarding "in the form of an iron hook," A (अ) is the fifteen letters from the letter A (अ) to the letter Aṃ (अं), which are the ḍākinīs. Because they comprehend and realize these, it is an iron hook. That is also the nature of the letter A (अ), the selflessness mother. The phrase "by that" means that Vajradhara and the selflessness mother are inseparable. The phrase "residing in the three realms" means that body, speech, and mind are inseparable. That residing is abiding in the nature of that. The Buddhas are the five Tathāgatas of the nature of the five wisdoms. Inviting means gathering. The phrase "by the eight mothers" means that the five, such as White Mother, are the five objects. The three, such as Cemetery Mother, are the three vajras. These are also like mothers because they are the cause of generation. Because of manifest attachment to what is to be grasped, it is grasping from the object. Both have become purified into the form of the deity, so they have become a state without obscurations. The phrase "after offering correctly by them" means having made correct offerings, which is turning away from manifest attachment to the senses and objects, which is the correct offering. Regarding the phrase "afterwards, one should supplicate," "afterwards" means similar. Because of similarity, it is supplication, that is, making it into the nature of the protectors. This means that the Tathāgatas and the ḍākinīs are inseparable. What is the supplication that is spoken of? Oṃ Abhiṣiñcatu Māṃ Sarva (ओम् आभिषिञ्चतु माम् सर्व, oṃ abhiṣiñcatu mām sarva, Om, please bless me with everything).

May all the Tathagatas bless me with the perfectly pure Dharma body of all aspects. Or, "abhiṣiñcatu māṃ" (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning "anoint me") means to attain stainless wisdom. "sarva tathāgatā māṃ kuru paṃ" (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning "all Tathagatas, make me PUM") means Vajradhara, inseparable from all Tathagatas. Those Buddhas, in the form of Heruka, should empower with five vases filled with the five nectars of the nature of the five Tathagatas, wherein "those Buddhas in the form of Heruka" is merely symbolic, meaning that one should look with the form of the deity to be meditated upon. To empower with vases filled with the five nectars of the nature of the five Tathagatas means to bathe. Or, those Buddhas refer to the nature of the five wisdoms, such as mirrors. The form of Heruka is the nature of non-duality. That itself is filled with the five nectars, that is, the nature of the five wisdoms. That itself is the five Tathagatas. The vase refers to the five natures that delight in the bliss of wisdom, hence it is a vase. The nature of one wisdom is the five aggregates. By that empowerment, that is, by being born in a state of stainlessness in all ways, therefore at such a time empowerment is bathing. On the crown of the head, one becomes the lord of one's own family. This is the completion of Heruka. Or, when empowering, it refers to the time when stainlessness arises. A rain of flowers will fall, the flower being blood. The rain is semen, a rain of flowers will fall. With non-dual thought, the Nirmanakaya will arise. The sound of a drum will be heard, the sound of a drum being mentioned, the Nada of the nature of Ali and Kali, which has the nature of the two Nadas, rises upwards, and the two Nadas become inseparable wisdom, and joy arises, and the Sambhogakaya will arise. A rain of saffron will fall, saffron being the selfless mother, that is, Bodhicitta. The rain of co-emergence falls, that is, the means of
