DTG004 0041.The Explanation of Difficult Points of the Second Chapter..g2.0f

English

I. Mu. Ma. Ra. Shu. Thus it is said. After offering a large and extensive torma, this is the mantra ritual: Om Vajrakrodhiśvari, Sarva Tra Vyani, Viśodhaya Hūṃ Phaṭ. This is the mantra for purifying substances. Make pills the size of green beans, hold them in your hands, and bless them with the three syllables in the order of blessing the five amritas, etc. By purifying them in this way, offer the pills together with food and drink that come from the roundness of the stove as incense, and they will become completely pure. By putting them in the mouth, the mouth becomes completely pure. During the tsok khorlo and meditation, everything will be protected. This is the certainty of the pill ritual. As it is also said in the glorious Vajra Tent of the Dakini: "Endowed with the five meats and truth, bound by the three irons, by the excellent union of Vajra Sun, put it in your mouth and you will achieve. This becomes wisdom nectar, giving siddhis to yogis." This is the definite meaning. In the glorious Hevajra Tantra, in the difficult commentary on the essence of Vajra words, the chapter on food, the seventh, is completed. Eighth Chapter: The Chapter on Subduing. Now, the eighth chapter, the chapter on subduing, is spoken. The yogini asked: "What is the Great Mudra like? With the nature of conventional aspects, please explain how to bestow bliss." And so on, the answer to this is: "Great is also this, and Mudra is also this," therefore it is the Great Mudra. Born from the lineage of the mind, like the eight suppressed ones. The description of its form: Here, a good Mudra is one with a slender body, eyelashes and hair, soft hands and feet, kind to sentient beings, a Vajradhatu mistress who is slightly tall, with unmoving eyes, and is called a lotus one. It is also said: "Not too tall, not too short, not too white, not too black, not too fat, not too thin, she perfectly conceals the faults of men. Knowing the times, having a continuous conventionality, knowing music, knowing dance, knowing singing and playing, always beautiful and without hair. Her vicinity is endowed with qualities." It is said to be hairless, with plump flesh, ugly like a turtle's back, appearing like the shoulder of an elephant's trunk, wide.

Extremely joyful. It is also said: This great goddess is the only one, who bestows infinite virtues, is always known as the auspicious woman, and bestows the supreme upon the practitioner. So on and so forth. After finding that, it is said that after truly generating the nature of the great mudra, the essence of co-emergent joy, because it exists in this, it is the form of co-emergent joy. The transformation into accomplishment is for this reason, the necessity of seeking such a mudra. It is also said in the glorious stainless light: The great mudra is the nature of all dharmas being without self-nature, all aspects are endowed with the supreme, the Prajnaparamita is the mother who gives birth to the Buddhas. It should be expressed by the sound of Dharma-arising, that is, from that Dharma-arising, all dharmas arise without self-nature. The dharmas without self-nature are the eighty-four thousand aggregates of Dharma, such as strength and fearlessness. Like that. Because it is the basis, it should be called the great mudra. It is also said here: The wisdom born from Dharma-arising is equal to space and endowed with skillful means. The three worlds are also born from it, from the nature of wisdom and skillful means. Like that. The glorious crown-tip feet also said: The virtuous place of the Vajra holder, the thirteenth place is extremely famous, the triangular shape is extremely pure, it is said to be the place of Dharma-arising. Like that. In the glorious Hevajra Tantra, in the condensed commentary on the essence of Vajra words, the eighth chapter is the chapter on taming. Ninth, the chapter on collecting mantras. Now, the chapter on collecting some of the mantras mentioned in the first chapter is being taught. That is, after that. Whenever the difficult to tame cannot be tamed by the method described earlier, then after showing the ability, it should be tamed. Like that, for the sake of that tantra, the ritual of union and liberation should be explained, such is the connection. The ritual of union and liberation should also be known from the oral instructions of the lama. It is also said in the glorious Sambhuta: Then all the Bodhisattvas and Mahasattvas, such as Vajragarbha, were very happy, opened their eyes, and asked all their doubts here.

English

Sapa, what is meant by "union"? Union is the nature of wisdom and means. The meaning of union is "entering equally." Therefore, the beginning of all tantras arising from this, the sound of "union" is used to refer to Vajrasattva. The glorious Abhisamayalankara also says later: In the center of the navel is a large lotus, perfectly endowed with sixteen petals. It is equally united with the letters, and the one who performs union is unsurpassed. Its center is always empty, having the function of expanding and contracting. This is always unchanging, pervading all self-born beings. Thus, with the nature of firmness and movement, one's own self merges into one, becoming the supreme unchanging bliss, and what tantra king distinguishes it, it is symbolized by this, which is the definitive meaning. Here, the vows such as killing have two aspects: the direct meaning and the definitive meaning, or the external and internal nature. Among them, the killing spoken of by the Blessed One refers to those who commit the five heinous crimes. It is necessary to know that these five heinous crimes have a sequence. Here, some people who previously committed the five heinous crimes later turn into virtuous people, such as the tyrant Ashoka and the Dharma King Ashoka. Therefore, if harm is done to them, the mantra holder will fall into hell, because they do not understand the deeds of good and non-good. Therefore, as long as one has not attained the five kinds of clairvoyance, the mantra holder should not perform fierce actions except for pacifying, increasing, subjugating, and attracting. Similarly, lying, harming others, taking what is not given, taking another's wife, breaking vows, engaging in sexual misconduct with those who should not be engaged with, and giving away one's own head are not for one's own benefit. Now, when one commits the five heinous crimes at the time of death, at that time, one should kill with the previously practiced mantra of the wrathful deity family, with the immovable samadhi, as the Blessed One said, this is the direct meaning. Now the feasible mantra is proclaimed, and the glorious Vajrasekhara also says: What is mantra?
