This is to explain the chapter of vows for the sake of mentioning the eating before the ritual of the manuscript. Such as "written in གྲོ་ག་," etc. It is also said that གྲོ་ག་ refers to land, etc. བོ་ཏི་ is the supreme letter, which is recited through the combination of ཨཱ་ལི་ and ཀཱ་ལིའི་. Recitation refers to the definite meaning. The eating of the Vajra holder is declared. It is also said in other tantras that the Vajra holder refers to the one who holds the Vajra of great bliss. Eating refers to what is going to be explained. The assembly mandala, etc., refers to the retinue and places of the eight Dakinis such as གཽ་རཱི་, and the heroes and yoginis of the nearby places, etc. In order to protect these assembled assembly mandalas, as the nature of ཀྱེའི་རྡོ་རྗེའི་, becoming the lord of the assembly, protecting the place, nature, and yoga, all obstacles should be averted. It is also said that the auspicious names should be declared truthfully. Such as: Victorious, Vanquishing enemies, Completely victorious, Wheel-turning king, Great power holder, Teacher of the assembly, Lord of the assembly, Lord of the assembly, Master of the assembly, Possessing power. Now, the place where eating is accomplished is declared. Such as the charnel ground, etc., where the wheel of the inner self mandala is performed first, and then eating and enjoyment, as well as drinking, etc., are completely purified through the order of burning and heating, etc., and a fire offering is made like nectar in the stove of the three paths. In order to eliminate the doubt about "what nature," it is also said in other tantras: The water treasury is very bright, the shore has the king of mountains, dense and beautiful with essence, in the charnel ground of primordial accomplishment, various victory banners and flags, decorated with bells and necklaces, the wheel that creates the three realms, the mandala is the body. And so on. Then, here, for the assembly wheel, the rituals of eating and drinking, etc., of the female messengers of the thirty-six castes, such as the Vajra family and commoners, etc., mentioned earlier, should be explained. In a secret place in a house away from people, all the female messengers of the castes are naked, and the practitioner is also blessed with the five seals.

Furthermore, in their respective positions, the yoginis and the practitioners should also untie their hair and tie up their topknots. As for "to be used as a seat regularly," etc., it refers to those who dwell on top of corpses' skin. The lord of the assembly is on top of a tiger skin, in the center of the wheel. Having made a plate out of a cubit's length of corpse skin, it should be offered to the chief of the assembly. To the yoginis of the east, south, west, and north, plates of the skins of horses, dogs, humans, elephants, and cows should be offered. To the powerful yogini and the yogini who is free from truth, and the yogini of the wind corner and the yogini of the fire corner, plates of the skins of cows, donkeys, goats, and female donkeys should be offered, all from those of their own kind who have died. It is also said here, such as "one part," etc., one lotus petal, two petals, three petals, or however many are obtained, should be offered to the yoginis for drinking. Then, having offered food on a plate, the practitioner circumambulates three times, makes offerings with incense, flowers, and so on, and completely dedicates it, wishing that by this merit, all sentient beings may attain the great seal. This feast wheel is to be done by the king, and commonly, by the power of mantra or the determination of the deity. Otherwise, it will become an obstacle for the practitioners. The common feast wheel is done in the name of the region and lineage, for the sake of the accumulation of merit, by the daughters of the lineage who are ripened by their own lineage. Otherwise, it will not become a feast wheel. Without experiencing the bliss of wisdom and means, bodhicitta, merely eating and drinking, that can only be called a heroes' feast. That is also done by the acharya and so on, by the lay practitioners. In this way of mantra, there are three kinds of acharyas: those who live at home, shramaneras, and bhikshus, small, medium, and supreme. Among two bhikshus, the one who was first empowered is the elder; among two shramaneras, the one who was empowered earlier is the elder; among two householders, the one who was empowered earlier is the chief.
