It is said in the great tantra of Napabodhi: Just as the kings of the Buddhas abide in the ten directions, Although there is no bone or flesh in that body, Yet for the benefit of sentient beings, they excellently place relics, And perform activities through emanated bodies. Thus it is said. It is also said: The emanation body is the supreme of bodies, Holding the lineage of the Buddha's emanation, Spreading various emanations in the ten directions, Just as it is, accomplishing the benefit of beings. Thus it is said. It is said in the glorious First Buddha: In order to subdue these unequal ones, together with their sons, the lords of the Buddhas enter the place of activity, Manifesting taking birth, and generating enlightenment with supreme compassion, Having destroyed afflictions and the hosts of demons, they turn the wheel of Dharma in the place on earth, Manifesting illusion, again, the Bhagavan is the very one with the body of the lord. Thus it is said. In the chapter on the qualities of holding the glorious Prajnaparamita, it was also taught: The Buddhas, the Bhagavat, are of the Dharmakaya, O monks, do not think of this as a body of aggregates. O monks, look upon me as the complete Dharmakaya. This body of the Tathagata should be observed by thoroughly distinguishing it with the ultimate reality. Thus it is said. Therefore, the pure body of the Buddhas is born and does not decay, and also abides in the three realms. That Bhagavan, at all times, does not abandon the benefit of sentient beings, and is not bound by karma. Thus, the lord of the world, the master, abides in the place of the three realms, in the realm of karma, like the sun. Bestowing the path upon sentient beings, seizing the fear of hell, is not another god. Thus it is said. It is also said: The supreme possessor, the bestower of the supreme, is the chief, The holy one of refuge, worthy of refuge. The enemy of the world, the most excellent, The one who dispels all fears. Thus it is said. Therefore, even one Bodhisattva necessarily arises from the ten perfections, and thus obtains the ten powers of the ten lords, In the great trichiliocosm, with numerous emanated bodies, the Bodhisattvas teach the Dharma to the sentient beings to be tamed, but those Bodhisattvas are not many. Thus, the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, are due to the aspiration of the past.

By the power of, the accumulation of merit and wisdom is completely perfected. It is also said: "Having merit is the accumulation of merit, wisdom is the great source of wisdom, having wisdom knows existence and non-existence, the two accumulations are the accumulators." Thus it is. Possessing the complete qualities of fearlessness and all other freedoms, in the Buddha fields of the three thousand great thousand worlds, with immeasurable and boundless emanations of illusion, without obstruction, for immeasurable and boundless sentient beings. With immeasurable and boundless voices, being supplicated by various supplicants, the voice of omniscience pervades the sounds of all sentient beings, thereby teaching the Dharma of the world and beyond. In the chapter of the gods in the Perfection of Wisdom, it is also said: "Subhuti, when a Bodhisattva Mahasattva attains unexcelled perfect enlightenment and becomes a Buddha, he teaches the Dharma for the sake of the world, which by nature has no birth and no cessation. Similarly, he teaches the Dharma for the sake of feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness, which by nature have no birth and no cessation. Similarly, he teaches the Dharma for the sake of all phenomena, which by nature have no birth and no cessation." It is also said: "Holding the great wish-fulfilling jewel, is the supreme of all pervasive precious ones, is the expanding great wish-fulfilling tree, is the supreme of the great and excellent vase, acting to benefit all sentient beings, pleasing sentient beings who desire pleasure." Thus it is. In the Glorious Heruka Manifestation Tantra, it is also said: "Ema Bodhicitta, you are patient with those to be tamed, drawn by the iron hook of compassion, in various ways and different." Thus it is. Similarly, in the Prayer of Good Conduct, it is also said: "The language of gods, songs, and the language of yakshas, the language of kumbhandas and humans, as many as there are languages of all beings, I teach the Dharma in all languages." Thus it is. Therefore, the omniscient wisdom is one, and the Dharma taught by the Buddha Bhagavan is also one, namely, glorious skillful means.
