It is said in the Great Tantra of Manifest Enlightenment of Vairocana: How do the kings of the Buddhas abide in the ten directions? Even though his body has no flesh or bones, For the sake of sentient beings, he properly places relics, And performs deeds through emanated bodies. Thus it is said. It is also said: The emanation body is the supreme of bodies, The Buddha holds the lineage of emanation, He scatters various emanations in the ten directions, Just as it is, he accomplishes the benefit of beings. Thus it is said. It is also said in the First Buddha: In order to subdue these unequal ones, the lord of the Buddhas with sons enters the place of action, He performs the act of entering the womb, and with supreme compassion generates enlightenment. Having conquered the afflictions and the armies of demons, he turns the wheel of Dharma in the place on earth. Having performed the illusion of emanation, the Bhagavan is indeed the one with the body of the lord. Thus it is said. In the chapter on the qualities of holding the Perfection of Wisdom, it is also taught: The Buddhas, the Bhagavat, are of the Dharmakaya, O monks, do not think of this as a body of aggregates! O monks, look upon me as the complete Dharmakaya! This body of the Tathagata should be seen as thoroughly distinguished by the ultimate truth. Therefore, the pure body of the Victorious One is born and does not perish, and also abides in the three realms. That Bhagavan does not abandon the benefit of sentient beings at all times, and is not bound by karma. Thus, the Lord of the World, in the place of the three existences, abides in the place of action, like the sun. He bestows the path upon sentient beings, seizes the fear of hell, and is not any other god. Thus it is said. It is also said: The supreme one, the giver of the supreme, is the chief, He is the sacred protector, worthy of refuge, He is the enemy of the world, the best of all, He is the one who dispels all fears. Thus it is said. Therefore, even one Bodhisattva will surely arise through the ten perfections, and thus, having obtained the ten powers of mastery, in the great thousandfold world system, with numerous emanated bodies, the Bodhisattva teaches the Dharma to the sentient beings who are to be tamed, but those Bodhisattvas are not many. Thus, the Buddha, the Bhagavan, is

Through the power of previous aspirations, the accumulation of merit and wisdom is completely perfected. It is said: "Having merit is the accumulation of merit, wisdom is the great source of wisdom, having wisdom knows existence and non-existence, the two accumulations are the accumulators." Thus it is. Possessing the complete qualities of fearlessness and all other freedoms, in the Buddhafields of the three thousand great thousand worlds, with limitless and boundless emanations of illusion, without obstruction, for limitless and boundless sentient beings. With limitless and boundless voices, being supplicated by various petitioners. The voice of omniscience enters into the voices of all sentient beings, thereby teaching the Dharma of the mundane and supramundane. In the "Chapter of the Gods" of the Prajñāpāramitā, it is also said: "Subhuti, when a Bodhisattva Mahasattva attains unexcelled perfect enlightenment and becomes a Buddha, he teaches the Dharma for the sake of the world's self-nature being without birth and without cessation." Similarly, he teaches the Dharma for the sake of feeling, perception, formation, and consciousness being without birth and without cessation. Similarly, he teaches the Dharma for the sake of all dharmas being without birth and without cessation. It is said: "Holding the great wish-fulfilling jewel, is the supreme of all pervasive precious things, is the great expanding wish-fulfilling tree, is the supreme of the great good vase, acting to benefit all sentient beings, pleasing sentient beings who desire happiness." Thus it is. In the Hevajra Tantra, it is also said: "Ema, Bodhicitta, you are, for those to be tamed, thinking with pleasure, drawn by the hook of compassion, in various ways to subdue." Thus it is. Similarly, in the King of Prayers, the Noble Conduct, it is also said: "The language of gods, songs, and the language of yakshas, kumbhandas and the languages of humans, as many as there are languages of all beings, I teach the Dharma in all languages." Thus it is. Thus, the all-knowing one is one, and the Dharma taught by the Buddha Bhagavan is one.
