Wherever it is well proclaimed, there it becomes a manifestation body, why the manifestation is permanent. Whoever generates and manifests, the body is said to be the manifestation. Dharma is the nature of mind, so the Dharmakaya becomes in the heart. The nature of the six tastes, is said to be the true enjoyment of food. In the throat is the wheel of enjoyment, great bliss abides in the crown. The letters ཨེ་ཝཾ་ (Tibetan, avam, avam, Ah-Vam) are the same cause, the ripening is the Dharma wheel. In the enjoyment of the actions of a man, the wheel of bliss is stainless. Differentiated by the same cause, etc., the fruit is said to be four kinds. How to do it, so to practice, is declared as the same cause. The ripening is contrary to this, small actions can produce great results. Yoga is pure, so it is stainless, the actions of a man are diligently accumulated. The wheel of manifestation is permanent, why the manifestation is permanent. In the Sarvastivada Dharma wheel, Dharma is the true speech. In the enjoyment wheel, all are respected, why all are held in the throat. In the wheel of bliss, the Sangha is great, why great bliss abides in the head. Sixty-four petals and eight petals, and thirty-two petals and sixteen petals, namely the navel and the heart, the throat and the forehead. The forehead is for enjoyment, the throat is for empowerment, the heart is for absorption, the navel is for self-mastery. Thus, all are gathered into four, and so on, following the root tantra as it is. The tantra is gathered into the six wheels with the distinction of the six families in the form said in other tantras. It is gathered into the five families with the distinction of the five families. It is gathered into the three families with the distinction of the three families, etc., thus it is the determination of the Tathagata. That is to say the yoga of Tummo, because the Tummo blazes in the navel, burning the five Tathagatas, also burning the eyes, etc., after burning, the rabbit-holder (moon) ཧཾ་ (Tibetan, hūṃ, hūṃ, Hum) drips. This is a brief statement, the following is a detailed explanation. As said in the glorious name truly proclaimed, the self-born from space, wisdom prajna great fire, great light pervades

Do. Wisdom appears bright. Thus it is said. It is also said in the glorious light free from impurities. The very nature of Tummo is fire, and its head is light. On top of its head, at the forehead, like a moon, the place where the mind of enlightenment arises should be placed, causing it to melt. Whatever drops, the bindu of the mind melts, from the forehead to the throat and heart, and the navel and secret place, reaching its end. The fire of life-force causes the bindu of the body to end in the secret place. The one with the form of nectar essence drips in the form of a bindu. It is said to be the yoga of bindu. Sixteen and a half holds the bindu, indivisible, beyond division, holding the peak of the fourth meditation, it is said to be the subtle yoga. Similar causes and so on go upwards. Thus it is said. It is also said in the glorious gathering. The great precious five colors, the size of a mustard seed, with effort at the tip of the nose, the yogi constantly meditates with knowledge. It is also said in the glorious subsequent gathering. The breath of the nature of the five wisdoms, possessing the nature of the five elements, having taken it out in the form of a ball, contemplates it on the tip of the nose. Thus it is said. Here, the term "five precious" refers to the dharma nature of the five Rasana wheels, the five elements such as earth. The breath of its nature is the breath of the nature of the five precious. Thus it is said, it is the right nostril. The Buddhas are the dharma nature of the five Lalaṇa wheels, the five aggregates such as consciousness. The breath blessed by them is said to be the left nostril. Having taken it out in the form of a ball, here the ball is the nature of the left and right wheels, the life force that is one in the central channel Dhūti. That life force, having taken it out in the form of a ball, contemplates it on the tip of the nose. Thus it is said. Here, the term "nose" refers to the lotus pistil of the navel, heart, throat, forehead, and crown, and contemplating at its tip is contemplating at the tip of the nose. It is also said in the glorious Vajra Garland Tantra. The so-called mustard seed at the tip of the nose is the examination of life and effort, abiding in life and effort.
