Above the three, there is no Buddha either. However, the union of the three kayas is considered to be the Buddha. Similarly, in the glorious Guhyasamaja Tantra, it says: "Body, speech, and mind are the three forms. It is openly expressed as secret. That which is called all Buddhas is said to be an assembled gathering." It is not like that, because it is for gathering the three kayas. There, only the limb of skillful means is mentioned, but not the limb of wisdom. Here also, because it possesses skillful means and wisdom and is without fixation, the essence of the limb of wisdom, which transcends the three kayas, is spoken of. Therefore, showing those two limbs, saying "Hevajra, listen!" is beautiful. Similarly, in the explanatory tantra, it is also said that compassion and wisdom are without fixation: "The nature of non-elaboration is widely known as wisdom. Like a wish-fulfilling jewel, without exception, accomplishing the benefit of sentient beings is compassion. In the state of non-fixation, wisdom and non-fixation, great compassion, becoming one together with intelligence, like space in space." That skillful means is not the cause and is not common. The tantra of the nature of skillful means and wisdom, that I will speak, you listen. Thus it is said, the tantra is called the speaker. That, the heart essence called Hevajra, is called the spoken. Now, "I will speak" is the sixth case of the agent, meaning "I will speak." The tantra, for what is to be spoken, is shown and realized by this called the collection of sounds. That is also the meaning of the speaker and the spoken. Also, the relationship is that the experience of these two arises together. In this tantra, a person who generates respect is temporarily needed. Buddhahood itself and the eight attainments, etc., are the necessity of necessity. Among them, Heruka is the cause of arising. Initially, it is temporarily one. Thus, etc., temporarily, skillful means with fixation is spoken. The cause of arising Heruka is the cause of the perfect arising of Heruka, which is the root chakra. That will transform in that way. Later, the fruit called Hevajra will arise.

What is the cause for generating Heruka for those who desire liberation but hate samsara, and what can Heruka do? Regarding this doubt, it is said, "Liberation is through the nature of things themselves," etc. Because of arising, things are the aggregates, elements, and sense bases, etc. Precisely because of this, liberation will occur through the nature of things themselves, but not through the aggregates, etc., or through non-things. If liberation occurs through the nature of things themselves, then how will sentient beings be liberated? And by what will they be bound? Regarding this doubt, it is said, "They are bound by the bondage of things." The bondage of things is the attachment to the appearance of things, such as the consciousness of the grasper and the grasped, which will become a bondage. If one is bound by the bondage of things, then will not being bound itself lead to liberation? Regarding this doubt, it is said, "Liberation occurs through fully understanding it." Fully understanding it is the complete understanding of it, and because of fully understanding things, it is called fully understanding it. If that is the case, then how can one fully understand it? Regarding this doubt, it is said, "The wise one who meditates on things," etc. The wise one refers to the vajra heart. Meditating on things means taking the complete understanding of things as the goal, and therefore, in order to fully understand, the things to be meditated upon are those that are distinguished by the wisdom that differentiates between dharma and meaning. What will happen if that is the case? It is said, "The non-existence of things themselves," etc. Therefore, one should also meditate on the non-existence of things, and not just on things themselves. Therefore, it itself is the complete understanding of things. However, because it is free from one and many, it fully understands the non-thingness of things because of its lack of inherent existence. If one fully understands the non-thingness of things in this way, then the non-existence of things themselves is the most excellent, and meditating on it even slightly is the most excellent, so what about meditating on things? Regarding this doubt, in order to answer what is said in the tantras, it is said: Those who turn away from various views, and those who seek the view of self, for the purpose of reversing the thought of self-grasping, are the victorious teachers.
