Sho bha ka rA ya. Gho Ta ya gho Ta ya. Gha Ta gha Ta. Ma sha ma sha. Ghu Tu ghu Tu. Gha Tu gha Tu Om, which means it will rain. If it doesn't rain, the heads of the nagas will burst like the Arjaka's dogpa, like the pA la sha. What did [he] say? It means it will definitely rain. This is the ritual for causing rain. Now, I will explain how to disperse the clouds. If it rains without interruption, it will become like the ocean. The ritual for dispersing the clouds is to sit near a cloth from a charnel ground, take the cloth that covers the face of a corpse from fourteen [corpses] and so on, sit near that cloth, recite the mantra, and disperse [the clouds]: Om Arya Shmashana Vri Yaya Hum Hum Hum Phet Svaha. Recite the mantra until the clouds are scattered. It is said that the clouds will be scattered by that. This is the ritual for dispersing the clouds, which is easy to understand for the purpose of causing rain. Alternatively, Ah, which is non-dual, has a tsek drak at the end. Phu, which is second, has a tsek drak at the end. The function of these two with tsek drak at the end is to burn Ali Kali. Because the sound of infinity does not have an end, the infinite is liberated from the beginning, middle, and end. Its reflection is the individual actions. By doing, that is, by the manner of action. The five nectars of the essence of the five wisdoms should be used to cleanse and empower. Offer with black flowers, black being immovable. The flower is selflessness. Since the two are inseparable, offer to them. Anointing with the essence that subdues the nagas is because there is no coming and no going. Naga is liberated from birth and death. Subduing is from the very nature of being subdued and nearly pacified. What is that? It is the essence of perfect wisdom. Its rasa is the characteristic of being experienced. Anointing with that means that those tathagatas should be made into that nature. Anointing the head with elephant wine means that the word elephant has hands, so it has hands. The five aggregates of the nature of the five-fold object and the two senses are the tathagatas and dakinis.
