右边的手放在上面，金刚莲花平等结合，拥抱颈部，两腋窝下，双臂在背后绑住，进入平等。同样地，伸展身体，让女性仰卧，用两脚底绑住脚趾，先这样做，像天鹅的翅膀一样，手臂要充分伸展，这叫做极度伸展。如是说：天鹅翅膀的姿势，仰卧最为著名，两脚充分伸展的缘故，叫做极度伸展。以此次第，再三渴望金刚持，向上和向下看。为了嘴和莲花亲吻，向上和向下看。或者，以任何间隔，渴望金刚持无二之身，显现俱生。向上和向下看，意思是向上向下，向下向上看，以体验的结合来显现。那会变成什么呢？所说的结果是：获得广大成就，与诸佛平等。将获得大手印的成就。因此，诸佛如明镜等一切平等不二将会显现。在那一瞬间会变成怎样呢？所说的是：在那里要饮用樟脑，尤其是在缺失的时候。在那里因为樟脑的缘故，要食用巴拉木。饮用樟脑，意思是观看阿里的音声之鬘。尤其是在没有的时候，意思是阿里出现的同时，咖喱也出现，这就是特别之处。因此，在那时也要饮用心的金刚。在那里，在那一瞬间食用巴拉木，意思是对于身体的执着也没有了。所有这些应该如何做呢？所说的次第是：因为樟脑的缘故，意思是所有都是从生起菩提心的因缘而来。俱生之义的结合之章，第十一。俱生之义的结合，意思是俱生本身就是意义，是胜义谛。那也是结合，意思是智慧供养的特征，因为在哪一章中它是主要的缘故。

Or, with any interval, desire the indivisible body of the Vajradhara, manifest the co-emergent. Looking up and down, means looking up and down, down and up, manifesting through the union of experience. What will that become? The result that is said is: Obtaining vast accomplishment, becoming equal to all Buddhas. The accomplishment of the Mahamudra will be obtained. Therefore, all Buddhas like mirrors and so on, equal and non-dual, will appear. How will it become in that instant? What is said is: There one should drink camphor, especially when it is missing. There, because of camphor, one should eat Balam. Drinking camphor means viewing the garland of Ali's sound. Especially when there is none, it means that at the same time as Ali appears, Kali also appears, this is the special thing. Therefore, at that time one should also drink the heart vajra. There, in that instant, eat Balam, meaning that there is no attachment to the body either. How should all these be done? The order that is said is: Because of camphor, it means that all come from the cause of generating Bodhicitta. The chapter on the union of the meaning of co-emergence, the eleventh. The union of the meaning of co-emergence, means that co-emergence itself is the meaning, it is the ultimate truth. That is also union, meaning the characteristic of wisdom offering, because in which chapter it is the main one.
