“Mya ngan te” is the suffering of samsara, and “tra” is similar to cutting off, therefore it is called “khu ba (semen)”. The so-called “two kinds” refers to the happiness itself experienced from such four mudras, which is called “co-emergent two kinds”, that is, the form of great bliss is one kind, and the form of cutting off suffering is the second kind. Through the distinction of mudras such as karma and dharma, the co-emergent two kinds are explained. If someone asks, does this only happen to men, or does it also happen to women? Therefore, it is said “for wisdom also” and so on. For “because of that itself” and so on, joy is four kinds, meaning that the distinction is made through four mudras. In this yogini tantra, just like women, men should also receive empowerment and so on through the distinction of lower, middle, and upper. If someone asks, how can the four joys be distinguished through the distinction of the four mudras? Thus it is said “thus co-emergent” and so on. In the generation stage, it refers to the moment of the characteristic of generating happiness. This is the second explanation, all of these should be understood from the guru's oral instructions. Now, in order to briefly show it as three kinds, therefore it is said “first joy” and so on. “Dba' bo” refers to the practitioner, because he has started diligence. “The yogini of supreme joy” is because without her, universal joy will not arise. The special joy is the characteristic of the co-emergent without remainder, meaning that everything is three kinds. In order to show that itself, it is said “from means” and so on. Means refers to the display of the oral instructions of the mudra. The happiness arising from that meditation is that happiness. “Knowing all” refers to Vajradhara. In the generation stage, in order to symbolize this co-emergent, one wants the four joys. In the completion stage, one should meditate on the unique co-emergent. In order to show the ultimate truth itself through the three wisdoms and the three verses, therefore it is said “joyful pleasure” and so on. The rest is co-emergent.

"Ga Nyid" means the ultimate state of all things. The reason why these three are said to be the nature of samsara and nirvana, and the nature of delusion, is because they cause samsara to arise continuously. Therefore, in order to attain the characteristics of the Dharmakaya of great bliss, one should practice co-emergent wisdom. This is the only method of practice. Then, why can't these three lead to liberation? First, "touch" and so on are mentioned. The so-called "touch" refers to the vajra in the lotus. The so-called "second" refers to the desire for a bliss that is more supreme than this. The so-called "third" refers to the joy of separation from joy. The so-called "destruction of desire" refers to the nature of being free from desire. Therefore, it means that one should practice co-emergent wisdom, which is the fourth joy. Regarding "supreme joy" and so on, the so-called "existence" refers to the characteristic of samsara, because there is desire and attachment to co-emergent wisdom. The so-called "outside of joy" refers to the fact that separation from joy is revealed as nirvana. The so-called "middle" refers to the fact that the first joy is merely joy, merely common happiness. The so-called "these" refers to the co-emergent wisdom that has abandoned the three joys that have been spoken of, which is the nature that cannot be represented by the faults of samsara and nirvana. Now it should be practiced, and not others, until the end. If this is the case, if the bliss of practicing co-emergent wisdom can attain the state of the Great Vajradhara, then because the essence of wisdom itself will be experienced, things have already been done, what is the use of practicing? "Not spoken by others" and so on are mentioned. The guru and Vajradhara and so on are not anywhere, nor are they combined with the four wheels and the lotus of wisdom, because that is beyond the realm of what is realized by the things that each needs to recognize. If this is the case, then how can it be taught and heard? This is expressed in a conventional way, but not in its own nature, just like the happiness and suffering of the heavenly realms and hells.
