Regarding "Then," and so forth, "wheel" means mandala, which is the meaning of the supreme and first palace, the city of great liberation. It is also of two types: the mandala of the support and the supported. Here, it refers to the first yoga, and the supreme mandala and the supreme activity. The yoga of these three samadhis should be explained. In the chapter of the deities, it is the time of the solitary hero's yoga, so it is contemplation. Yogini is the selflessness mother. Her wheel is the wheel of the yogini. In "In the realm of space," and so forth, the realm of space is within the vajra fence and the tent. Dharma-arising is a triangle like an autumn moon, and one should meditate on what is called dharma-arising. What should be meditated on in the center is the great elements, which are the cause of generating the wheel of the support in its center. How is it done? It is said, "The wheel manifests," and so forth, which is a brief explanation. The detailed explanation is "The wheel and the earth," and so forth. Earth is the mandala of earth. Before this, first is water, the mandala of water. Before this, as appropriate, is the mandala of fire. Before this, "The gods," is the mandala of wind. The meditator's mind is definitely abiding in such a way, which is how the meditator arises. Here, first, in the center of the dharma-arising, (ཡཾ,यं,yam,Yang) completely transformed, From which arises a bow-shaped, blue-colored mandala of wind marked with two banners, with two swaying tips. Above that, (རཾ,रं,raṃ,Rang) arising from it, a triangular fire mandala marked with the letter (རཾ,रं,raṃ,Rang) at all the corners. Above that, (བཾ,वं,vaṃ,Wang) arising from it, a white and round water mandala marked with a vase. Above that, (ལཾ,लं,laṃ,Lang) arising from it, a square, yellow earth mandala marked with a vajra at all the boundaries, should be meditated upon. In "Dharma-arising," and so forth, the dharma-arising itself is the triangular mudra. From that which arises, the four mandalas of wind, etc., are completely transformed.
