Action refers to things like viewpoints. Among these, there are four types of viewpoints. Summoning refers to summoning Sherab Zangmo and others. Accomplishing various activities refers to things like disrupting cities, causing rain, and dispersing clouds. Stiffening refers to making powerful beings and others stiff, meaning not moving from their place. How it should be done accordingly refers to the order. Generation and so on refers to seeds and so on. Place and support refer to the Dharmadhatu palace and the palace and so on. Accomplishing refers to the power of things, that is: Just as the fragrance resides in the flower, without the flower, the fragrance cannot be known. Similarly, without form and other things, bliss cannot be perceived. And so on. Wisdom and consciousness refer to, wisdom is the wisdom that ascertains accomplishment. Consciousness is the wisdom of the five aspects of manifest enlightenment. How the deities arise refers to not exceeding how they arise, which is the meaning of the generation stage. That is, placing the seed in one's heart, as well as emptiness, confessing sins, and so on, and contemplating loving-kindness and so on in order. Heruka is the cause of generation. First, one should meditate on one. This refers to half of the seventeen-syllable verse. First, one should meditate on one means, then what is the function of compassion in the completion stage? It is said: Heruka is the cause of generation. This means that Heruka is the generation stage. Heruka is a synonym for the common deity. Explaining the generation stage in detail, it is said: Things and so on, that is, arising from what has not arisen, and decaying after arising are things, that is, the collection of aggregates, elements, and sense bases, as well as the aggregates of karma and afflictions. It should be declared, up to the point of attaining non-abiding Nirvana through excellence, meaning that it is not another means of attaining the accomplishment of Mahamudra. Then, as asked, how do things bind from liberation? Because it binds with it, it is binding, and existence itself is binding. Therefore, it is suffering.

Oh, then, (the Buddha) said, the so-called "liberation transformation" and so on, means that with complete and ultimate wisdom, one fully understands its aggregates, actions, and afflictions, etc., just as one understands illusions and mirages, etc. That itself, in this way, is entangled by the manifestation of clinging to grasping, etc., and therefore, it becomes bondage in that way. It itself is the cause of suffering, and the manifestation of clinging or entanglement itself is nirvana, therefore it itself is the cause of happiness. Similarly, (the Buddha) said: "The thick darkness of conceptualization completely suppresses, Covered by the hard-to-reverse stains of desire and so on, Like lightning moved by the violently scattered wind, The mind is samsara, Vajradhara (Buddha) said. Liberated from conceptual thought and luminous, Completely abandoning the obscurations of stains such as desire, If there is no grasper and grasped, then that itself is, The meaning of nirvana, the supreme sentient being said." Therefore, becoming the cause of a multitude of sufferings, There is nothing else other than this. Noble one who desires liberation, your immeasurable happiness, Its cause of arising is also nothing else. Having donned the armor to exhaust all suffering, One who desires to attain the supreme bliss of perfect enlightenment, Stabilize the mind, strive for this and examine it, Its nature is my own nature. As long as the mind of sentient beings is wrapped in the thick cloth of darkness of cognition, At that time, suffering is immeasurable, and then, if it is peeled off, At that time, happiness is vast and unparalleled, so the noble one should diligently strive for this. After it is exhausted, abiding in it, virtues increase, and the nature naturally appears." So it is said. Or, the thing itself is bondage, and the thing itself is liberation, then what is the difference between things? (The Buddha) said: The so-called "liberation" and so on. The so-called "fully understanding" is the completely pure wisdom that possesses the nature of conventional and ultimate truth. Therefore, it is liberation. Then, why is pure bondage not the act of guarding? That is to say, like a gold necklace and arm bracelet, etc.
