It should be arranged sequentially among the Sangha such as the powerful ones. The so-called "Kacchuri" is the syllable Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum), which should also be placed in the stamen of the lotus of the Dharma wheel. The so-called "Sihla" is great praise, and should be placed in the stamen of the lotus of the enjoyment wheel. The so-called "Kappura" is the sixteen vowels, which should be placed on the petals of the lotus of the great bliss wheel. The so-called "Mala" is on the petals of the lotus of the manifestation wheel, starting from the east, "A Ka Tsa Ta Da Ba Ya Sha" should be written. The so-called "Inadhana" is the vowels "A Ā I Ī U Ū E Ai", from these vowels, the four petals of the Dharma wheel's power etc. are four short vowels. The four petals of the enjoyment wheel's power etc. are four long vowels. In "Sali Nyidza Ta Him Bharu Kha I", the sound of Sali Dzi refers to aggregates and elements etc. The so-called "Bharu" means that they are certainly filled. The so-called "Khajja" means food, which is a synonym for approaching enjoyment. Therefore, the practitioner of yoga thinks that through this, the aggregates etc. are purified, and thus supreme bliss is attained. Again, what should be practiced and realized is declared. The so-called "Phrem Khana" etc., the so-called "Phrem Khana" refers to the bindu of the first vowel located in the navel manifestation wheel, the rays of light rise upwards. The so-called "Khata" means that those rays of light melt, and the nectar bindu arising from the Hum syllable bindu located in the great bliss wheel flows downwards. After doing so, one should know "Shudha Ashudha", that is, one should not know purity and impurity. Again, it is declared for the purpose of purification by the yogi. The so-called "Ni Ram Su Am Ge" etc., the so-called "Ni" means completely pure without remainder. Am Su is its light. Therefore, "Ni Ram Su" is the half moon. Am Ge means that on the body, at the top of the letters of all four wheels, a half-moon bindu should be placed. Therefore, it is connected to "Ta Him Dza Sa Ra Va Pani A I". Among them, the sound of Dza is an external ornament. Ta Him means there, the bindu drips from the top of the head, thus it means to enter and manifest greatly. Those are the bindus.

Yoga has been taught. Now the subtle yoga is taught. Mala Aja Kunduru Pata E, which means, from the navel upwards four fingers, the light from below rises upwards, and combines with the nectar bindu, so it is Mala Aja. There, holding the mind like a sesame seed, so it is Kunduru. The sound of Kunduru, Avabrangshiti calls it Kunda. So, what kind of perfect realization will it produce? It is said: Dindi Mata Hinna Bajji A E, which means, Dindi Ma is the root of Avadhuti. There, Bajji is not abandoning, meaning to practice completely. The sound of Re is to recite perfectly, this is a firm word. Now the meaning of the summary is to be spoken: In the navel, there are sixty-four lotus petals, the color is yellow, in the center of that, the first vowel letter with half-moon and bindu, on the eight petals starting from the east, in order are A, Ka, Tsa, Tta, Da, Pa, Ya, Sha, all with half-moon and bindu. In the heart, there are eight white lotus petals, in the center, the sixth vowel letter riding on Hum (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,吽,Subjugation) with half-moon and bindu, head down. On the four petals starting from the east, are the first vowel letter, the third, the fifth, the eleventh. On the four petals starting from the lord, in order are Ya, Ra, La, Va, all with half-moon and bindu. In the throat, there are sixteen petals, red, prostrating to the stamen, head down. On those four petals, in order are the second vowel letter, the fourth, the sixth, the twelfth. On the four petals starting from the lord, similarly are Ya, Ra, La, Va. In the eyebrow, there are thirty-two petals, various colors, in the stamen also Hum (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,吽,Subjugation) head down. On the petals starting from the east, abandoning one by one, there are sixteen vowel letters. In the navel, named Samadhi, from the first vowel letter, like the silk thread of a lotus, white and slender rising upwards, until completely combined, its bindu and light cause the Hum (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,吽,Subjugation) and the two bindus of prostration to melt, the bindu of Hum melts and merges. Therefore, the melting of the bindu of Hum is also like one hundred thousandth part of the tip of a hair, there, the light is stimulated, becoming the bindu of Tummo.
