Why is it said? Because it is said, the mind of enlightenment is great bliss. (Tibetan: བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ནི་བདེ་ཆེན་པོ།) The reason for saying "taking it" is that it is a mandala because it takes and holds it. It is meant to be a mandala because it takes its essence. What is that? It is said to be "gathering," meaning the gathering of all the deities. How is that itself a mandala? It is said to be "wheel," etc. The permanent is the five aggregates. The realm refers to earth, etc. The sound of Aksha refers to the senses. The object refers to form, etc. Therefore, whatever is permanent, the aggregates, realms, senses, objects, etc., and likewise, desire, etc., are those afflictions. Purification is the cutting off of their defilements, which itself is purification, that is, the wheel. Purification is also spoken of and will be explained. In this regard, all aggregates of consciousness are definitely pure consciousness. Therefore, it is both a mandala and a wheel, so it is a mandala wheel. Its meaning is this: the mandala that takes the essence of the gathering of all the deities, here it has obtained the name of the mandala of pure gathering. Then, how does one take the essence called "great bliss"? By combining "po" with "kakko," one will know its happiness. The rest is easy to understand. All the goddesses will be happy, meaning joyful. Regarding the explanation of briefly explaining food, etc., at the time of enjoyment: it is called food and drink, etc. With a mind without doubt, that is, abandoning duality. It is also said: With the mind of skillful means and wisdom, there is nothing that cannot be eaten, always free from doubt, enjoying the five desires. Do not prostrate to these deities, etc. This is because yogis are attached to meditating on the mind, so it is forbidden to prostrate to external deities. But for yogis who have only entered into special faith, it is not so, they should prostrate. Because of the empowerment of glorious Hevajra, therefore speaking with the language of intention, therefore it is definitely said: Whoever empowers Hevajra here. (Tibetan: གང་ཞིག་དབང་བསྐུར་དགྱེས་རྡོར་འདིར།) etc., whose intention
