Among these, from the vows and so on. Briefly speaking about vows, vows are and so on. The term "Buddhas" refers to enlightenment itself. Vows are so called because all Buddhas perfectly uphold them. "Knowing truly from empowerment" refers to the great bliss of how one knows through the empowerment of Mahamudra, which has already been explained there. The word "also" in the context of the vows of the Dakinis is a summary. The statement "What is E vaṃ (ཨེ་ཝཾ,梵文:E vaṃ,梵文罗马拟音:evaṃ,thus)?" means, "What are the vows of the Dakinis and so on?" The statement "The abode of all bliss" means that among all the bliss of the mundane and supramundane, one should cultivate bliss itself, which is both with outflows and without outflows. Among these, that with outflows belongs to ordinary beings, while the other belongs to noble beings. The bliss of the nature of both is that which is accomplished by both. Joys and so on should also be realized in the Dharmodaya. Thus it is said, "Joy" and so on. How is it? It is said, "Moment" and so on, and it is also distinguished by the divisions of moments. What is it? It is said, "Divisions of moments" and so on. Because of the divisions of moments, with the bliss of joy and so on, the letters E vaṃ (ཨེ་ཝཾ,梵文:E vaṃ,梵文罗马拟音:evaṃ,thus) are well-established and well-connected. Because from desire and embrace, whatever is true bliss is E

Sa, the sound of "etc." is like piercing with fingernails, etc. Return from complete ripening. It means that from the moment represented by its embrace, etc., returning to another state, at that time, it is also a moment. That is complete ripening. It is said that that is its fruit. If you ask what this moment does, the answer is: the very act of blissful wisdom. It means that it should be understood as directly experiencing blissful wisdom. Thinking is called complete searching. It means that it is complete discrimination, because it goes to the five realms and searches, so it is the moment of complete searching. Also, thinking is thinking like this. If you ask, what should be thought about here, the answer is: my happiness has been enjoyed. It means that when the five senses such as the eyes and the five objects such as form and sound are abandoned, even if only a flow of the mind sense, it focuses on the realm of happiness, where happiness is mine or my happiness, that is the moment of complete searching. Separated from characteristics, it means that this characteristic that has become different is the moment separated from characteristics. Adding moments to joy, etc., it is said that the so-called variety, etc. In the first chapter, if that is the case, everything is four by four, which includes the four empowerments, and if you do not understand those, you cannot understand joy, etc., for the sake of firm meaning, it is the so-called master, etc. By understanding joy, etc. in order, the number of empowerments is four. It means that the complete purification of the four joys, etc. is the meaning of the four empowerments. Moreover, one should also refer to the water, etc. mentioned in other tantras. In the empowerment chapter, empowerment is excellently explained, which is a common word. Laughing purity is the master himself. It means that in the action and conduct tantras, by the name of laughing, those are the master's empowerments. Moreover, because of washing, one should refer to it after the empowerment. Seeing is secret, so is it. For this, the word of seeing is the yoga tantra, its complete purification is the secret empowerment. Mudra comes from wisdom itself. It means that it is a six-letter word, the so-called mudra.

The sound of 'i' is the tantra of the Yoginis. Those that are completely pure are wisdom and knowledge. That which possesses two is also itself. This means that the tantra possessing two is the Anuttarayoga Tantra. Those that are completely pure are the fourth empowerment. 'Empowerment' is easy to understand. 'Washing' and so forth speak of the meaning of empowerment. 'Washing' and so forth means to wash, which is the empowerment that purifies the mind. It is also used to remove the obscurations of afflictions. 'With pure hands, also embrace with joy,' this is a phrase of seven syllables. From embracing, there is a manifest and surpassing devotion. 'Extremely beautiful face' and so forth, from among the five families, serving one with such a form is precisely the mind of enlightenment that possesses the fullness from service, with the old man and fingers holding the vajra and jewel, causing it to fall into the disciple's mouth, this is called the secret empowerment. 'Wisdom' and so forth indicate the empowerment of wisdom and knowledge. What is said and what is entrusted? It is said, 'The teacher' and so forth. In order to show what should be said when the guru praises, it is said, 'Having known' and so forth. How is permission given? It is said, 'Universally, do the Vajradhara.' This means that the guru speaks. From 'O Blessed One' to the end of 'liberating and protecting,' the text is the meaning of supplication. The remainder is easy to understand. These offerings of the disciples are a phrase of seven syllables. The words 'teacher' and so forth speak of the fourth empowerment. In the mandala, wheel, and so forth, the word 'and so forth' is the method of showing the means and wisdom. Now it is said that Vajragarbha asks the question. 'Therefore' and so forth, patience is the meaning of showing the request for patience to the worldly women. 'Blessed One, I am confused, please explain how it is appropriate.' These many words should be understood as respectful. 'The center is called the essence,' this is to say how it is the meaning of the essence of other mandalas. Similarly, the aggregates and so forth are also the center or essence.
