It is pure. Because it possesses the vast miraculous powers of the Buddha, the eyes are vast. Because the viewing is perfectly pure, the eyes are perfectly pure. Because it has accumulated beings, the eyelashes are dense. Because the eyes of gods and asuras, as well as men and youths, have distinct white and black parts, resembling lotus petals, and manifest great joy, therefore the eyes have distinct white and black parts, like lotus petals. Because of constantly viewing with vastness, the eyebrows are long. Because of being skilled in gently taming, the two eyebrows are gentle. Because of knowing all faults, the hairs of the eyebrows are even. Because of the oil of virtuous roots, taming beings who are oily, the two eyebrows are oily. Because the Dharma is supremely vast and possesses many meanings, the earlobes are long. Because of conquering the continuum of afflictions, the ears are even. Because of taming beings without diminishing their thoughts, the sense organ of hearing is undiminished. Because all aspects of viewing are purified, the forehead is beautiful. Because of taming the opponents of Brahmins and ascetics, etc., the forehead is broad. Because aspirations are completely fulfilled, the head is full. Because it repels bees circling in the realm, the hair is as black as bees. Because the afflictions to be abandoned by seeing and meditating are exhausted, the hair is curled. Because of knowing the essence of the mind that is shown equally, the hair is soft. Because the mind is always undistracted, the hair is unentangled. Because it possesses the definitive speech of a great being, the hair is not rough. Because the fragrance of the limbs of enlightenment harmonizes beings, the hair is fragrant. The hands and feet are adorned with the śrīvatsa (श्रीवत्स, śrīvatsa, auspicious knot), auspiciousness, and auspicious swirls, so the hands and feet are adorned with these. It possesses the eighty minor marks and is always endowed with them. Because it is the basis of the major and minor marks, it is shown as the enjoyment body. "Chief" refers to the lord of the mandala himself. "Melting" is like when it becomes mushy. The very detailed explanation is that because it does not exist, it is called "non-existent," and so on. These meltings should be understood as arising in dependence on each other. It changes in the same way depending on its type, that is, depending on the cause, or depending on each other, because after melting, it creates bliss. Therefore, melting and bliss are the Tathāgata's

It is the nature of the body, just like the Tathagata. Meditating on the deity yoga also arises from the bliss of non-leakage, therefore it is said in the scriptures, "Having objects of focus," and so on. It means that from the aggregate body of the supplicant, accomplishment is achieved through the nature of the deities, which arises from bliss. Therefore, and so on, it is related to the Buddha that the appearance of hands, face, and form is experienced for the sake of darkness. Therefore, that which is neither existent nor non-existent, that is the Buddha, and the face, hands, etc., are also forms, and should be connected in this way. Alternatively, "Neither existent nor non-existent," it is said in the scriptures, existence is self-nature, but that is also not it. Therefore, existence is the meaning that is subsequently declared. From where does it begin? It is said in the scriptures, "Formless because of supreme bliss," because supreme bliss is free from all harm. Therefore, and so on, because co-emergence is the inherent statement of nature, it is connected to "Therefore, all are co-emergent." Self-nature is the original self-nature of all things. That is the Dharmadhatu and Nirvana. Self-nature is not other, therefore it is said in the scriptures, "Self-nature is Nirvana." How is it? It is said in the scriptures, "With an extremely pure mind," meaning that the aspect of extreme purity in the ultimate truth is self-nature, and whose mind is like that, the aspect of extreme purity is the mind, which is synonymous. Here, the appearance of the deity is transformed from the aspect of extreme purity, therefore the mind is the aspect of extreme purity. Furthermore, the self-nature of the deity is the self-nature of beings, which is the extremely pure mind. That is what is said in the scriptures, "Of the deity," and so on. If asked, how is the deity associated with afflictions? It is said in the scriptures, "However, due to vulgar habitual tendencies," meaning that clinging to the vulgar self, the way of clinging to self and what belongs to self arises from habitual tendencies, that is because clinging to the pure self is half the pride of the Buddha. The basis for clinging to the impure self is the aggregate body, which is samsara. That is, it has the form of hands and face, etc., completely.
