The nature of the glorious Hevajra yoga always abides. The term "desiring accomplishment" means that accomplishment is power, and it means desiring that. First, any yogi should meditate in his own home, etc., so it is said, "one's own home." The term "at night" means that more accomplishments will occur at night. The term "with a mind of self-accomplishment" means that because self-pride precedes everything, it becomes the accomplishment of everything. It is also said that: From the aggregates arises the self, Whoever in these cycles, Self-pride unites with enlightenment, That itself is the nature of the Buddha. It is said. The term "food and drink" etc. is a brief indication, which is explained by saying that one does not stay for even a moment with another's mind. The uninterrupted explanation is given, "washing the feet" etc., which is easy to understand. First, anyone should meditate in his own home etc. for three sessions, and also at other times, and should especially abide in faith in the desired deity. Therefore, it is said, "not even for a moment" etc. The term "for the sake of accomplishment" means that accomplishment is for the sake of power. The term "desiring accomplishment" means desiring the accomplishment of the great seal. The term "meditation destroys sins" means that anyone in his own home etc. first destroys the sins accumulated from beginningless time through meditation. Then, after sins are eliminated and afflictions become subtle, by meditating in cemeteries etc., the power of summoning etc. will arise. How does one know that sins have been destroyed? It is said, "for the sake of accomplishment" etc., that is, sins are destroyed and afflictions become slightly weakened, and then the signs of accomplishment mentioned in the eighth chapter, such as "first meditate on black," will also appear, meaning to meditate for half a month. The other uncommon methods are explained, "other methods" etc., that is, there is no other method in samsara except for the meditation of the selflessness mother or glorious Hevajra. Why is that? It is said, "the benefit of oneself and others,"

Liberation from samsara. Therefore, in order to diligently practice, one attains the non-abiding nirvana. There is no other method to achieve this, this is the connection. "Practicing together with the vidya," means that it does not manifest immediately from other tantras, but according to the Paramita path, it takes three countless kalpas to attain Buddhahood. That is, eliminating sins and manifesting, it will not happen unless after one kalpa etc. Relative to that, half a month or a day is just a brief companionship. "Immediately" or "instantly" refers to the end of half a month, or the end of half a day, one can attain Buddhahood or Vajradhara in this very life. It is said in the sutras that manifestation occurs after eliminating sins, such as "fear and madness" etc., fear is what makes one afraid. Madness is the transformation of the mind. "Suffering" refers to smallpox and blisters etc. Sorrow is the suffering of the mind. Harm is characterized by bondage and imprisonment etc. The word "etc." includes slander and harsh words etc. Furthermore, there are rakshasas etc., and the king's punishment etc. "Desire etc." refers to the six afflictions, desire is the characteristic of attachment. Therefore, it is said in the sutras that these will not harm the practitioner. "The practitioner is the affliction," because sins have been eliminated. Therefore, generating the meaning of the perfection of patience, it is not the fruition of ordinary karma, but it comes from its purity. Or, through the karma of habituating purity, the manifestation of characteristics such as fear, this is where the fruition is approached. In order to explain the meditation of patience on the Dharma, it is said "Thus" etc. "Thus" means "in this way." Just as the obstacles of afflictions such as fear etc. and desire etc. do not harm, the yogi will also not be afraid of being called, just like how one is born and stays in the hot hells etc.
