Similarly, because it is indivisible, the Vajra itself is the hero. Because the name Vajrasattva is otherwise related, the extremely pure nature of the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu is synonymous with the Dharmakaya. As for "by means of wisdom and intelligence," "by means of" refers to the source, which is mind-only. Similarly, if the mind is completely pure, from where does it become mind-only? It is said in the scriptures, "wisdom and reason," where reason here refers to the measure of inference. Because it is free from the nature of one and many, it abides in mind-only. Because one and many pervade all things, if they are reversed, things must also be reversed, just as when a tree is reversed, the meaning of the tree is also reversed. The argument is established as follows: Whatever is free from one and many is not established, just like a flower in the sky. All dharmas are also free from one and many. If someone thinks that other schools do not consider it to be free from one and many, therefore the nature of the reason is not established, then, whatever is divided by divisions such as east and west is not one. Many also have one as a precursor. This is what the Buddhas realize. For those with reason and so on, what is most established are the substances of parts and so on. The aggregates of minute particles divided by divisions such as east and west are also the form of maturing into wisdom. Therefore, this is merely one's own mind-only, which comes from the form of the false appearance of external objects. It is said: The mind is one great thing. Similarly, it is also said in other scriptures: being free from all things, the five aggregates, the eighteen realms, and completely abandoning the grasper and the grasped, all dharmas are equal in selflessness, one's own mind-only is unborn and is the nature of emptiness. Also: Like the image in a mirror, Though seen, it is not real. Likewise, the distinctions of things, One and many are all abandoned. Causes and conditions are all reversed, The aspect of the agent is extinguished, Therefore, it is mind-only.
