With guiding treatises, entering into samadhi with a mind of attachment, one will reach those places, that is its meaning. Hand seals respond with hand seals, vows distinguish with vows. This means that by understanding the symbolism of the body's hand seals, one can comprehend all the great secrets. That is its meaning. To this, the yogini said: Ema, child, you are so compassionate! This means, Ema, you, with the nature of great skillful means, have become familiar with all symbols and non-symbols. If the mala is shown in the hand, it means to gather. After the mala is shown, commit to the vow, the conduct is good. This means that in response to the symbolism, all the yoginis show the mala in their hands from their own places, and say, son of the lineage, you and I shall abide in the conduct of the uninterrupted mala of bliss. Furthermore, it is also said: There, gathering is called external. Abiding in the realm of goodness, there, the yogini of gathering, everything she says must be done. This means that you are fortunate because you also know all the languages of inner and outer meanings, therefore, you and I gather in the external place and enjoy the feast of inner and outer bliss. When she advises in this way, the yogi also accepts everything, that is its meaning. Alas, Blessed One, where is the place of gathering? This is the difference between inner and outer places asked by Vajragarbha and others. The Blessed One taught: Places and nearby places, sacred lands and nearby sacred lands, Candoha and nearby Candoha, gatherings and nearby gatherings, cities and nearby cities, cemeteries and nearby cemeteries, these are the twelve places, therefore, the lord of the ten bhumis is the protector himself. Therefore, do not seek elsewhere. Thus said, this shows that all the root categories abiding in the nature of the three wheels, the nature of the six wheels, and the nature of the four wheels are in the twelve places. That is, the nature of the three wheels is the distinction of body, speech, and mind, and the distinction of underground, above ground, and above ground, thereby explaining the meaning of the Chakrasamvara Tantra.

These. The nature of the six wheels is: earth, water, fire, wind, space, and the distinction of wisdom; or the distinction of form, feeling, perception, formation, consciousness, and wisdom; or it is divided by the distinction of the six syllables, which is the meaning of the first supreme Buddha's tantra. Where the four are shown are the sixty-four emanations, the eight dharmas, the sixteen enjoyments, the thirty-two great joys, and so on. Thus, the distinctions of the four wheels, and the distinctions of the four bodies, the four empowerments, the four joys, the four instants, the four fruits, and so on, are shown in the Hevajra Tantra, because it is said that all are four fours. Therefore, outwardly, the goddesses who run in the flesh and blood and rely on the city dwell in those outer places. As the outside, so the inside. Because it is said, the inner places are said to dwell in the body in the form of channels, and do not depend on anything else. That is also in the body, from what is called "Jālandhara" to what is called "the edge of the garden's wonderful pond," it is like this. As it is said in the root tantra: The crown of the head and the top of the head, the right ear and the side of the fat, likewise the various middle of the eyebrows, the hands and armpits, the two breasts and the navel, the tip of the nose and the path of the mouth, the tops of the two shoulders and the male organ, the sign and the anus, the place of the chest, the thighs and the fingers, the ankles and the thumbs of the feet, in the knees and so on, in order, the places and the lands should be observed. Thus it is said. Therefore, for this reason, the goddesses and places that give the fruits of practice and liberation to sentient beings are the places of the channels and fluids in the bodies of all embodied beings. Now, in order to speak of the distinction of the time of the sun, in the Vajra of the Yogini Tantra: For the good gathering of the yoginis, for the benefit of all sentient beings, the time of day should also be well explained. Thus, here the time of the sun is twofold, outer and inner. Among them, the outer moon, from the first to the fourteenth, etc., the goddesses of the city, etc., in the outer places mentioned above, all embodied beings
