Therefore, what is the essence of all the tantras? What is the empowerment? What is the joy? What are the distinctions of the moments? What is the food of yoga? For the benefit of future beings, please, Bhagavan, speak. To that, the essence of all the Buddhas is: Evam (藏文). Completely abiding in Evam (藏文). Evam (藏文) is great bliss, from empowerment one will truly know. This meaning also comes from the root tantra itself: After my parinirvana, for the sake of being understood by the Shravaka children, for Vajrapani and others, at the beginning of the Dharma, write the word Evam (藏文), this is the straightforward meaning. I have not passed into nirvana, I am a body like a vajra, I am always present, shown to transform for the children. Such is the beginning of the straightforward meaning. The definitive meaning is: Evam (藏文) refers to father and mother, Evam (藏文) is shown to be the sun and moon, Evam (藏文) is actually blood and semen, Evam (藏文) represents right and left, Evam (藏文) refers to the lingam and the place of birth, Evam (藏文) is method and wisdom, Evam (藏文) is the basis of all happiness and suffering, E (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) is the navel chakra, Vam (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) is the crown chakra. This is the definitive meaning. Then, the yoginis requested the Bhagavan Vajrasattva in this way, which is expressed as it is. Bhagavan Teacher, wisdom of beings, the essence of the dakinis, what is the nature of Evam (藏文)? Please explain the order. This is the dakinis manifestly calling upon the Bhagavan Heruka, the nature of Vajrasattva, because we do not understand the essence of the bliss of the dakinis and the meaning of the letter Evam (藏文), please explain it. In order to answer them, the Bhagavan said: What is the beautiful form of E And so on. Like this, yoginis such as the Selfless Mother and the Mountain Dwelling Leaf Mother, listen. Like this, E (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) is the great secret of all the Buddhas, and it abides in the center of your yogini bodies, in the form of a burning triangle, and in its center it draws all the bliss of the three realms, like a wish-fulfilling vase.

Adorned with wooden ornaments, residing like being filled with immaculate water, daughters of noble lineage, this is, the good aspect of E (Tibetan: ཨེ, Devanagari: ए, Romanized Sanskrit: e, literal Chinese meaning: E), in the center adorned with the form of Vam (Tibetan: ཝཾ, Devanagari: वं, Romanized Sanskrit: vaṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Vam), is the abode of all bliss, named "Precious Buddha Zamatok." Thus, this is the root of all bliss of the three realms, the place of the collection of bliss for yoginis, the basis for those who practice asceticism to uphold discipline, and is also named the precious palace of bliss for the Buddhas. Therefore, even those who desire to attain Buddhahood through the bliss of uniting the two that belong to the beginning of karma, should rely on this as the basis, divide it into four moments, and practice according to the instructions of the guru, then in this very life one can attain the great state of Vajradhara, so it is said. Contemplating on this, the Bhagavan also said: By dividing with the division of moments, joy arises from that. Knowing the moment and knowing bliss, E (Tibetan: ཨེ, Devanagari: ए, Romanized Sanskrit: e, literal Chinese meaning: E) Vam (Tibetan: ཝཾ, Devanagari: वं, Romanized Sanskrit: vaṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Vam) abide perfectly. Thus it is said, this is the teaching of the beginning and the collection. Now, in order to teach the four moments and the four joys, etc., it is said: Various and maturation, as well as transformation, likewise devoid of characteristics. Thus it is said, just as, as the Root Tantra says: From the difference of order and reverse order, various thirty-two places abide. In the sixteen of maturation, from the eight places is transformation itself. Sixteen four places are devoid of characteristics. Earth, water, fire, and wind, should be known in order. The order of arising is like this, it should be known to flow in the left. Reversal is the reverse of that, thirty-two places are devoid of characteristics, it should be known to flow in the right. Dependent arising arises from the reverse of the order, monk Arhat is exhausted, by separating from desire, the senses are subdued. Thus it is said. Thus, if one knows well the four moments, that itself will be known by the yogi. Thus it is said, if one does not know well the distinctions of the four moments, then one will not become that nature, because it is like the outside and like the inside. Embracing and kissing, etc., the various aspects are explained as various. Thus it is said, the moment of embracing is various.

Similarly, doing and smiling, and na-kham-da-na, etc., are all characteristics of variety. Complete ripening occurs at the very end. Before that, there is the enjoyment of the bliss wisdom. Because bliss is enjoyed, it is called complete ripening. The moment of complete enjoyment ends. It is also said that way. Being without characteristics is different from the three; it is separate from enjoying, having enjoyed, and ending, etc. This is taught by stirring it up in the tantra in order to avoid entering arbitrarily without a lama. Therefore, turn back from complete ripening. It is the very enjoyment of bliss wisdom. I have enjoyed bliss. Ending is called complete enjoyment. Being without characteristics is other than the three. Abandon attachment and non-attachment. Understanding it in this reversed way is what is said in the vajra words. Now, the four joys that possess the four moments will be explained. The first joy, variety itself, is fully shown in the forehead wheel. Supreme joy is in the eyebrows. It is fully shown in the throat wheel. Complete enjoyment is the special joy. It is fully expressed in the heart wheel. Being without characteristics is the coemergent joy. It is fully shown in the navel wheel. Reversing from the order, as before, the great bliss is being without characteristics. Teacher, secret, wisdom, and the fourth is again the same. This is what is said: water, etc., has the last of the vase. The empowerment of the teacher is done to lead the child. The joy of obtaining the secret is truly said to be the secret empowerment. Touching wisdom is the wisdom empowerment. The fourth is different from the three. It is said, "Likewise, again, likewise." Therefore, the fourth is not the third; consider it differently. This is explained as the empowerment of the vajra master in the definitive sense. Thus, the four empowerments are established as the direct and definitive meanings of the mundane and supramundane. The empowerments are known in sequence, such as joy, by the number four. It is said that, by the difference of order and reversal, it should be understood as before. Obtaining joy by laughing, the teacher is for laughing. Obtaining joy by looking, looking is the secret in that way. Obtaining joy by embracing, embracing is wisdom.
