After thinking, it is said that the suffering that I myself have experienced, which is intense and harsh, unbearable and difficult to endure, is the result of the maturation of sins, because it has not been thought through and reasoned, therefore, like you who strive to help me and avoid harm, or rather, without giving an example, just strive to help me. It can be directly understood as striving to help me. Why? Because patience and generosity help me, and I cannot endure even the protector of the world. This is to say that patience is the other shore of patience, and generosity is the other shore of generosity. These two are the supreme methods of helping others, so they are specifically mentioned, because they greatly help and fulfill needs. When they demonstrate these actions, I cannot endure and rely on them. This is its meaning. What do I do that I cannot endure? Is it hatred, escape, or hiding? This is to say that hatred is to regard the other as an enemy. What else do I do? It is to escape and hide. When beneficial advice is shown, I cannot endure it and flee elsewhere. Or be extremely distracted, or refute. This is to say that instead of accepting advice, they argue with each other, or turn their minds to other places, or refute. Even if they remain in place, they will refute and scold with words. The word "again" indicates a very difficult situation. Like this, it is difficult to subdue, untamed, with a reversed mind, and without merit, they are also taught, and they are nourished by the supreme rain of Dharma. Even someone like me who has no merit and is of evil nature is constantly taught like me. I don't think such a person is a guru.

I didn't think so, because ignorance blinds the eye of wisdom, so wrong views will arise, that's what it means. It says, just as the blind don't know the appearance of the sun and moon, so too, sentient beings who have not cultivated the continuum of body and mind cannot understand the meaning of the profound Dharma, nor can they receive beneficial teachings. Having spoken of the various changes of the faults of the mind in this way, now it is to show the way of praying to the Bhagavan again with a true mind. Therefore, even if you go to pray, it is difficult to obtain. It says, "It is difficult to obtain even if you go to pray," and so on. The so-called "go" means that if there are some causes that can bring benefits, then those who seek benefits will go to those causes, and please them by serving them, etc., even if they pray like this, it is difficult to obtain and obtain. In times of patience, it is the most supreme medicine. If you cannot endure the attitude of patience. It says, when the mind is troubled by the harm of the angry enemy, it must be treated with methods such as enduring suffering. Therefore, the medicine relied on at that time, which is greater and more supreme than any method of treating mental illness, is patience, so if patience is needed, then the attitude or nature of patience, if you cannot endure and rely on it, then what other causes of patience do I have to cure the disease of hatred? "What other causes of patience do I have?", meaning that there are none. Now it is to show that afflictions have become involuntary. Affliction demons possess and disturb the mind, and there is no diligence for the gradual self-interest, seeing the world worthy of watching, mainly I have generated hatred, not compassion. It says, using the word "mainly" to indicate that hatred has arisen in my mind, but compassion has never arisen. Who does not generate compassion? To the world. How is it? Affliction demons possess and disturb the mind. It says, afflictions such as greed and hatred are like demons because they produce fear and harm, and they are caught and controlled by them.

The mind stream is disturbed and becomes involuntary. This is because it is accompanied by illness, accompanied by mental problems, and intoxicated by discordant factors. Because of this, there is no effort to engage in the means that benefit oneself, whether in this life or the next, or in the beginning of activities that eliminate suffering, and one completely abandons them. Or, because one is disturbed by afflictions, one jumps off a cliff, or harms oneself by taking poison. These worldly people are worthy of being observed. If seeing them gives rise to loving-kindness and becomes an object of compassion, that is a cause that accords with the conduct of a Bodhisattva, so it is worthy of being observed. However, even when seeing such a situation, due to the great power of afflictions, only hatred arises, and compassion does not arise. Now, in order to show how one abides in reason but is still controlled by afflictions, it is said, "Beings each experience the results of their actions, knowing that all is impermanent and fearful, even though they may think others are innocent." "Beings" refers to sentient beings produced by karma and afflictions. "Each experiences the results of their actions" means that one experiences the ripening results of the actions done by one's own body, speech, and mind, whether they are pleasant or unpleasant. Even if one experiences suffering caused by other conditions, that is the result of one's own actions, so it is not the fault of others. Moreover, all sentient beings decay involuntarily and are momentary phenomena, so one also knows that all is impermanent. Therefore, the happiness and suffering that one experiences arise from one's own karma, and it is not the fault of others. Even if one realizes through thought that it is one's own fault, one cannot endure it. This is because one's own mind is ignorant and obscured by the darkness of ignorance, so the delusion or ability that arises from being deceived by the dimness of unknowing is amazing. Therefore, it is said, "Behold the delusions of ignorant dimness." Delusion
