རྙས་པ་ན་བག་མེད་པར་གྱུར་པ་དང༌། ལུས་ཉོན་མོངས་ལ་སོགས་པའི་ཉེས་པ་འབྱུང་ལ། ཉེས་པ་དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་ནི་དེ་ནི་ནོར་གྱིས་སྐྱོབ་པའི་སྐྱེས་བུ་ལ་ཉེས་པའི་རྒྱུར་གྱུར་པ་ཆང་ལྟ་བུ་དེ་ལྡུད་ཅིང་སྐྱེ་བ་ཡིན་ནོ། །གཞན་ཡང་ཉེས་པ་ཅི་ཞིག་ཏུ་འགྱུར་ཞེ་ན། དྲེགས་དང་རྨོངས་པའི་གཉིད་ཀྱིས་མྱོས་པས་ན། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་སྨོས་ཏེ། རྒྱུ་དེ་དག་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་སེམས་བྱ་བ་དང་བྱ་བ་མ་ཡིན་པའི་དབྱེ་བ་མི་ཤེས་པས་མྱོས་པར་བྱས་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །གང་གིས་མྱོས་པར་བྱས་ཤེ་ན། དྲེགས་དང་རྨོངས་པའི་གཉིད་ཀྱིས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་སྟེ། ར་རོ་བའི་སྐྱེས་བུ་དང་འདྲ་བར་དྲེགས་ཤིང་ཁེངས་པ་དང་རྨོངས་པས་བློ་གྲོས་ཉམས་པ་དང༌། གཉིད་དང་རྨུགས་པའི་དབང་དུ་གྱུར་པ་སྟེ་དྲེགས་པས་ནི་རྨོངས་པ་ཡིན་ལ། རྨོངས་པས་ནི་གཉིད་ཀྱིས་མྱོས་པར་འགྱུར་པའོ། །དེ་དག་ལས་ཀྱང་ཉེས་པ་ཅི་ཞིག་འབྱུང་ཞེ་ན། མངོན་འདོད་ཐམས་ཅད་བཅོམ་པ་ཉིད་དུ་གྱུར། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་སྨོས་ཏེ། མཐོང་བའི་ཆོས་དང་སྐྱེ་བ་གཞན་དུ་དམ་པས་བསྒྲུབ་པར་བྱ་བ་གང་དག་ཡིན་པའམ། མངོན་ པར་མཐོ་བ་དང༌། ངེས་པར་ལེགས་པའི་རྒྱུར་གྱུར་པའི་མངོན་པར་འདོད་པའི་དོན་ཐམས་ཅད་བཅོམ་ཞིང་བརླག་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཉིད་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ངེས་པར་གཟུང་བའོ། །འདིར་བསྡུས་པའི་དོན་ནི་འདི་ཡིན་ཏེ། ནོར་སོག་པ་སྲེད་པ་ཡིན་ལ་དེ་ནི་ཡོངས་སུ་བརྙེས་པར་འགྱུར་བ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་ཉེས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་རྒྱུ་ཡིན་ནོ། །དེ་ཡང་ལན་ཚྭའི་ཆུ་བོའི་མདོ་ལས། འདི་དེ་གུས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་དང༌། །ཡོན་ཏན་རྣམས་ནི་འཇིག་བྱེད་དེ། །གང་གིས་རི་རབ་ལྟར་ལྕི་བའང༌། །ཤིང་བལ་ལྟ་བུར་ཡང་བར་བྱེད། །སྲེད་པས་དགུན་གྱི་དུས་སུ་ནི། །ཁ་བ་ཅན་ཡང་གྲང་བའང༌། །མྱ་ངན་དག་ཏུ་ཉི་མའི་ཟེར། །འབར་བ་དག་ཀྱང་ཚར་མི་ཚོར། །སྲེད་པས་གཏིང་མཐའ་མེད་པ་དང༌། །གནོད་པ་དུ་མས་ཉམ་ང་བའི། །རྒྱ་མཚོའང་གླང་རྗེས་ཙམ་ཉིད་དུ། །ཤིན་ཏུ་ཆུང་བ་ཉིད་དུ་སེམས། །ཞེས་གསུངས་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །དེ་ལྟར་སེམས་མི་མཉམ་པའི་ཚུལ་བསྟན་ནས། ནོར་བསགས་པ་ལས་སྙིང་པོར་བྱ་བའི་སྦྱིན་པ་ཉིད་དུ་ཡང་རྗེས་སུ་མི་མཐུན་པའི་སེམས་བསྟན་པའི་ཕྱིར། གང་ཚེ་བདག་ནི་སྦྱིན་པར་འདོད་ན་ཡང༌། །སེར་སྣ་སྟོབས་ཅན་གྱིས་ནི་ངེས་པར་འཛིན། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་སྨོས་ཏེ། དུས་གང་གི་ཚེ་དཀའ་བས་བསགས་པའི་ནོར་སློང་བ་རྣམས་ལ་བདག་སྦྱིན་པར་བྱ་བར་འདོད་ཅིང་འགྱེད་པར་སྤྲོ་བ་ན་ཡང་སེར་སྣ་སྟོབས་ཅན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་དངོས་པོ་ལ་མངོན་པར་ཞེན་ཅིང་ཆགས་པར་བྱེད

获得之后变得放逸，身体烦恼等过患产生。过患本身，就像酒一样，对于用财富救护的士夫来说，是过患的因，会增长和产生。另外还会变成什么过患呢？以傲慢和愚昧的睡眠所麻醉，这样说道。因为那些因，心对于该做和不该做的事情的区分不了解，所以被麻醉。被什么麻醉呢？以傲慢和愚昧的睡眠，就像喝醉酒的人一样，傲慢和骄傲，以及愚昧使智慧衰退，被睡眠和昏沉所控制，傲慢是愚昧的因，愚昧是被睡眠麻醉的因。从那些之中还会产生什么过患呢？所有显现的愿望都变成被摧毁。这样说道。在现世和来世，无论是圣者所要成办的，或者是显现增上和决定善妙之因的显现愿望之事，全部都会被摧毁和毁灭。这个“ཉིད་”的意思是确定地把握。这里总摄的意义是：积攒财富是贪婪，那是完全获得等等过患的因。而且在《盐水河经》中说：此乃一切恭敬，以及功德之摧毁者，能使如须弥山般沉重者，也变得如木棉般轻。贪婪于冬季之时，雪山亦觉寒冷，于忧伤之中，太阳的光芒，即使燃烧亦不觉热。贪婪使无底无边，且为诸多损害所怖畏之大海，亦觉如牛迹之水，极其微小。这样说道。如此显示心不调顺之相后，为了显示对于从积攒财富中应做之精要——布施，也随之产生不顺之意，因此说：当我想布施之时，强大的悭吝会 निश्चित 执持。等等，意思是说，在任何时候，对于辛苦积攒的财富，当我想对乞讨者行布施，并且乐于施舍的时候，强大的悭吝，也就是对事物非常执着和贪恋。

Having acquired it, one becomes negligent, and faults such as physical afflictions arise. The faults themselves, like alcohol, are the cause of faults for the person who is protected by wealth, and they increase and arise. What other faults will there be? Intoxicated by the sleep of arrogance and ignorance, it is said. Because of those causes, the mind does not understand the distinction between what should be done and what should not be done, so it is intoxicated. By what is it intoxicated? By the sleep of arrogance and ignorance, like a drunken person, arrogant and conceited, and ignorance causes wisdom to decline, controlled by sleep and drowsiness, arrogance is the cause of ignorance, and ignorance is the cause of being intoxicated by sleep. What faults will arise from those? All manifest desires become destroyed. It is said. In this life and the next, whether it is what the noble ones are to accomplish, or the manifest desires that are the cause of manifest increase and definite goodness, all will be destroyed and ruined. The word "ཉིད་" means to grasp firmly. The meaning summarized here is: accumulating wealth is greed, and that is the cause of faults such as complete acquisition. Moreover, in the Sutra of the Saltwater River, it says: This is the destroyer of all reverence and virtues, it makes what is as heavy as Mount Sumeru as light as cotton. Greed in winter, even the snowy mountains feel cold, in sorrow, the rays of the sun, even if burning, do not feel hot. Greed makes the bottomless and boundless ocean, which is feared by many harms, feel like the water in a cow's footprint, extremely small. It is said. Having thus shown the state of the mind being uneven, in order to show that even for the essence to be done from accumulating wealth - generosity - an unfavorable mind also arises, therefore it says: When I want to give, powerful miserliness will definitely hold on. And so on, meaning that at any time, for the wealth accumulated with difficulty, when I want to give to beggars, and am happy to give, powerful miserliness, that is, being very attached and greedy for things.
