Since the continuity is without any grasping, it is inseparable from the three times. Like the sky, one must decide that it is a single, clear emptiness in all times. Likewise, one should also examine the two kinds of awareness that grasp at "I" and "it is myself," and that grasp at "other" and "it is another." If dualistic appearances such as inside and outside or each other arise, then by offering embellishments, one should examine it again carefully. Then, one must decide that all things, from the very beginning, (604) are without foundation or root, the single one without a second, self-arisen and self-liberated, and are the very nature of non-existence. Thus, the object of meditation and the meditator, as well as the awareness of the three times, and all awareness of the duality of self and other, are merely labeled separately by different names and concepts, but their essence is not different. The nature of mind, which has no inherent existence but appears in all ways due to conditions, is like an illusion. In its essence, there is no delusion or liberation, it is not stained by faults or virtues, and there is no gain or loss, no gathering or separation. Having decided in this way, for a few days, without deliberate grasping or refuting, one should maintain whatever arises in its natural state, relaxed and without fabrication or artificiality, and thereby generate a decisive certainty. As the Great Brahmin said: Alas! Do not say that the very nature of emptiness can be meditated upon. If one understands the two, the object of meditation and the meditator, By the mind that grasps at duality, one abandons bodhicitta, That person commits evil against himself. And: The mind without meditation and object of meditation is naturally empty. The ultimate without hope or fear is the vajra mind. And: In this supreme great bliss, There is no self or other. In front, behind, and in the ten directions, Whatever is seen, that is it itself. And: Shawa Ra said: For the realized one, there is no object of meditation or meditator. Just as the sky does not focus on the sky. Thus, emptiness cannot meditate on emptiness. Non-dual wisdom is like water and milk, Various tastes become one, great bliss is continuous. And: Birwapa said: Since the nature of mind in space has no "this is it," Therefore, there is no meditator or object of meditation in it. And: Since the seen and the seer are separate, they are liberated in their own place. By losing the one who practices, one is free from all effort and accomplishment. By losing the fruit to be obtained, one is liberated from all hope and fear. When the "I" and self are completely gone, then the battle of the demons.

Victory! When the clinging to reality dissolves in its own place, one is liberated from all of samsara and nirvana. (606) This is the meaning of the above and so on. Fourth, the actual method of integrating the unborn transparency into practice is: When definite certainty arises regarding the above-mentioned points, then, from that point on, eliminate the clinging of certainty to what is to be meditated upon; release the memory of the meditator; similarly, abandon desire for what is to be experienced; discard the effort of the experiencer; relinquish the meaning of what is to be contemplated; pacify the mind of the contemplator. In short, abandon all notions of "this is it" and all mental fabrications of "like this." Completely let go of all desires such as wanting to meditate, wanting to remember, wanting to experience, wanting to know. Without even thinking, "I will not keep anything in mind," simply let the ordinary, natural mind, without artifice, without contrivance, without effort, rest comfortably in its own place. Whatever thoughts and appearances arise, do not engage in any conceptual manipulation or alteration with discriminating thought, but let them be as they are. Do not follow after thoughts. When the mind is momentarily (607) distracted, do not worry, criticize, or analyze it. When remembering, leave the natural, uncorrected state as it is, without anything to meditate on, experience, or do. Even eating, drinking, and sleeping should not be done with the gross mind of "I must do this, I must do that," but rather do what you can in a state of non-mentation. Apart from that, do not engage in any physical activities or work. Except for offering tormas and a few prayers, stop all recitations and virtuous activities, and cease speaking. When sleeping, sleep in a natural, uncontrived, empty state without any desires. In this way, having abandoned all mental activity and staying freely for a few days, the clinging and joy of attachment to good experiences will be released, and the fault-finding and agitation towards bad thoughts and delusions will subside. Whatever the ordinary mind is, whatever happens, whatever arises, that is the nature of meditation, the manifestation of emptiness. In reality, there is no birth or death, no separation or attainment, no abandonment or acceptance (608), no mind wandering or not wandering, no being grasped by memory or not being grasped, no experiencing or not experiencing, no realizing or not realizing. When all phenomena appear in the realm of mind, they arise naturally, occur naturally. When they disappear, they subside naturally, are liberated naturally. The peerless, the only one, transparency. Everything is meditation.
