This explains the order of the arising of the nature of the body from the five root winds and the order of the arising of the faculties of the body from the five branch winds (192). First, the order of the arising of the four stages of the life wind and the central channel, etc., and the order of the arising of other parts of the body from the downward-clearing wind, etc. The first is: Soft, warm, stringy, round, for four weeks. The karma wind stirs and gathers. Hardening ghee, from the beginning, with a measure of thirteen and a half of its own, complete with the central channel and life wind, having arisen, the heart and navel, the support of the ten winds of the chakra having formed, it becomes like the shape of a fish. Connected to the mother's channel at the navel, it causes the wind and blood to increase. Thus it is said. That is, after conception in the womb, for one week it abides as the life wind itself, and then, because that life wind is associated with the four elements, it transforms into four stages. Of these, the first, the wind called "completely gathering," becomes soft in the second week. Then, in the third week, the wind called "treasury" becomes warm. Then, in the fourth week, the wind called "completely separating" becomes stringy. Then, in the fifth week, the wind called "completely collecting" becomes round, thus increasing for four weeks. Those winds also, because they are karma winds, stir the subtle particles of white and red (193) and scatter them to all parts of the body, and then gather them at the locations of the six chakras. Then, in the second month, from the beginning of the ghee called hardening, the life wind pushes the white and red upwards and downwards, and in the center of the body, the central channel with a measure of thirteen and a half of its own, and within it the life wind, and at the two ends above and below, the white and red bindus are formed. Then, the life wind and the four elements and the mother's food cause the ten channels that are the support of the ten winds to form at the heart, and the channels that are the support of the twelve time cycles to form at the navel chakra. From the Vajradhara of Mind (perspective), the formation of the body is like the ten entrances of Vishnu that are believed to exist externally, there are also ten entrances internally, the first becoming like the shape of a fish. Like this, the development is also (...)

Therefore, the navel chakra, connected to the mother's Roma vein, increases the power of wind and blood. Here, the Vajradhara of Mind believes that there are ten ways in which the inner body is accomplished, which are the ten entrances of the Pervader. So, what are the ten states that correspond to the name? When the consciousness in the intermediate state enters together with its own (194) life-force wind, it becomes one with the white and red in the womb. When one month is complete, relying on the action of the great life-force wind, that sentient being itself has a measure of thirteen and a half fingers. A vein is first formed in the center of the white and red, and it is located in the center of the body and all the veins, so it is called the central vein, or because it is located in the life vein, it is also called the life vein. Its upper end is in the center of the heart, with ten root petals that are the basis for the movement of the root and branch winds, extremely thin, only the size of a hair. In the navel chakra, there are sixty vein petals through which the small transfer winds move, and four petals through which the wisdom part moves, totaling sixty-four, extremely thin, only the size of a hair. This is called the first of the ten states, the fish-like state. The reason why it corresponds to the way of entering of the Pervader is that some non-Buddhists believe that the vessel and content world was created by Brahma, some believe it was created by Ishvara, some believe it was created by the Pervader, and some Buddhists also believe that, as it is said, "Various worlds are born from karma," they believe that karma is the agent. As it is said, "Outside of the precious mind, there is no Buddha (195) and no sentient being," therefore, in this Vajrayana, it is generally believed that all the dharmas of samsara and nirvana, and especially the agent of the Vajra body, is the Vajradhara of Mind. Therefore, it is given the name of the Pervader. As stated in the Kalachakra Tantra and its commentary, and in this treatise, initially in the womb, in the first month, there are four states such as wriggling, and then in the second month, relying on the formation of the central vein, there is a fish-like state, and then in the third and fourth months, it gradually increases, and five protrusions appear in the direction of the hands, feet, and head.
