One should not display items such as platforms, precious silks, necklaces, half-necklaces, Bakuli, Kramaśīrṣa (skull cups), and saddle cloths, nor should one display outlines and chains of light, as well as cemetery wheels and the colors of the lotus of the body, speech, and mind deities. Instead, one should only display the color of the base paint, as well as 'the Dharma wheel, the great vase, the great drum, and the Bodhi tree, as well as wish-fulfilling jewels, etc.,' and the colors of the implements. The sixteen pillars of the Great Bliss Wheel are said to be black, and in the Vajra Chain, the outer green and other colors should follow the color of the main deity's lotus. Therefore, the inner colors are also representations of meaning, i.e., blue-green, yellow-black, and white-red represent method and wisdom. If one of these colors is directly displayed, then the other color will be indirectly displayed. Just as it is extensively described in the Chakrasamvara Root Tantra, the navel wheel is the hub and spokes, the spokes are method and wisdom, and the spokes and the edges of the spokes are also method and wisdom. Furthermore, those who think that using the three-layered sequence of the mind wheel for virtuous deeds is also a process of gathering are likely to contradict Jetsun (a respectful title for a master). Because Jetsun said that for virtuous deeds, one should start from the inside and proceed with the expanding sequence; for non-virtuous deeds, one should adopt the gathering sequence. Those who use the body, speech, and mind sequence for the expanding sequence and then use the mind for the gathering sequence are also arbitrary. If one does so confusedly, neither virtuous nor non-virtuous deeds can be accomplished. Because adopting the expanding sequence prevents the accomplishment of non-virtuous deeds, and adopting the gathering sequence prevents the accomplishment of virtuous deeds. Here, 'mind, speech, body' represents the expanding sequence, and 'body, speech, mind' represents the gathering sequence, but those self-proclaimed but unskilled individuals reverse these sequences, which is a great mistake. As stated in the brief explanation of the empowerment in the root tantra: 'On the lotus of the navel, secret, and jewel, body, speech, and mind flow down, arising and entering, having the nature of gathering and generating.' And 'The jewel is the mind, the secret is the speech, the navel is the body, for the sake of great bliss.' Furthermore, in the commentary on the one hundred and seventh verse of the Inner Chapter, it also says: 'Here, the bodies of sentient beings arise through the process of gathering life and downward air, and then enter through the process of generation.' --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Just as it is, quoting from the root tantra, whatever is the outward emission of the upper and lower winds is the process of gathering, and whatever is the inward entry is the process of generation. Therefore, mind, speech, and body are said to be the generation stage, and body, speech, and mind are determined to be the gathering stage. In general, those who aspire to be masters of secret mantra, and especially those who claim to be practitioners of the Kalachakra, are requested to repeatedly review these sections and thoroughly understand them. If someone says that because it is said there are three walls of white, red, and black, it must be built from the inside out, therefore the inside of the wall is white and the outside is black, if that's the case, then in the second verse of the 'Wisdom Chapter': 'Born from the lines of the five walls, earth, water, fire, wind, and space.' Is this also starting from the inside? Similarly, in the commentary on the twenty-seventh verse of the 'Initiation Chapter': 'Leaving two cubits outside the fire pit, build three walls on the outside with white, red, and black powder.' Is this also starting from the inside? If so, then it would be too extreme to practice the six virtuous deeds as the gathering stage, like a stone falling on the head. Furthermore, for those who think that the ground for offerings should be a single color such as yellow, black, or green, there is no valid basis whatsoever, and there are very many errors. If someone says that in the commentary on the fiftieth verse of the 'Initiation Chapter': 'At the edge of the body mandala, on the basis of the earth mandala, decorate with lotuses, vases, etc., this is certain.' This indicates that the ground for offerings is the earth mandala, so it should be yellow, if that's the case, then doesn't this contradict what was said in the commentary on the forty-ninth verse above: 'How should the offerings be decorated between the earth mandala and the Kramaśīrṣa?' Is the Bhagavan (Bhagavan, The Blessed One) himself a speaker of contradictions? If so, can his words be trusted as evidence? If so, can the words of other contradictory speakers also be trusted as evidence? If it is impossible to have reliable evidence, then what are the three measures for measuring the three knowable realms mentioned in the scriptures? If it is said to be direct perception and inference, then they can understand the manifest and the hidden, but they cannot understand the very hidden. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
