Such is the pure bliss, the supreme practice of the Nyingma, Samaya! Secondly, practice and enjoy it as a secret. Between myself and the clear and radiant consort, Meditate as deities in the common flow of channels and winds, In accordance with the lineage, the wrathful king, Construct the body mandala and the wisdom mind in the heart. Forty-two peaceful deities, The great glorious accomplishment in the five places, of the Eight Commands, The males complete in the father's body, And the females enter the mother's body. Heroes and dakinis of the twenty-four sacred sites, All mandalas, through faith and definite completion stage, On the crown of the head, the guru, the universal lord of all families, The birth of the emanation body, the great crown of empowerment, Father and mother in union, naked in embracing play. The three channels, the chakras, and their branches, Fully generate the seventy-two thousand. The three channels stand like pillars in the center, Aham (Tibetan: ཨ་ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अहं, Sanskrit Romanization: Aham, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah, Hum) together with the protector goddess, Driven by the wind, the fire of tummo blazes, Rising through the central channel of great bliss, The knot at the lower end is cut by the lotus Phat (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट, Sanskrit Romanization: Phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Phat). Guru father and mother, together with the body mandala, Think of the nectar of the moon essence descending. Father and mother, clear as yidam deities, Lingam, blue vajra, horns raised, The five-pointed hollow, shaped like a vase, The palace of the lotus petals blooming. Meditate on residing there, and slightly move the crevice, Through the tube of the vajra lotus, Hrih (Tibetan: ཧྲཱི, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: Hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrih) Phat (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट, Sanskrit Romanization: Phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Phat), By preventing the four unions, the winds and drops descend and purify. In the four chakras, Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanization: Oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) gradually disappears in sequence. Mixing the parts, adjusting the timing, descending, holding, and reversing. Spreading and repeating in the originally pure emptiness, The three seals, the three stages of maturation and purification are special. From this practice, the four skillful means, The need for spontaneous accomplishment, the special qualities of mantra, Samaya! The actual practice of dropping, gathering, reversing, and scattering the bindu, Meditating in the state of great wisdom. Skilled in dropping, like refining, The deity's form, emptiness, the illusory father and mother, To endless beings, the power of love and compassion, Unobstructed, the supreme mind of enlightenment arises, The co-emergent great bliss of this method, Having accomplished, spontaneously accomplish the two benefits of self and others. Thinking thus, enter into equipoise with the three recognitions. Fingers curled inward 1, intestines upward 2 to stop, Nai Tsho Khar 3 reverses, ascending to the seat of the sun and moon 4.

The essential points of wind, the five combined, the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum) of speech are declared, The six essential points of the body combined with wind, Lowered to the five chakras, hold the mind in bliss. The Samadhi that stops the grasping and the grasped, and the dualistic thoughts, Experience the four joys of self-nature. Recognize and meditate on the wisdom of the mind in each place, With slow movement, to the end of the profound instruction, Obtain independence, stable as the top of a vase. Thoroughly subdue the roots of the others. The second, skillful in embracing, like gathering the base, Press the upper wind at the tip of the jewel channel, Prevent the lower wind from moving the bindu of the ladder. Look at the nature of the play-sea, the face of Mount Meru, Hanging the light thread of the starry sky, Father and mother, white and red, mingling faces, bliss and emptiness. Meditate on the special joy of union. The lord of the family residing in the crown chakra and bliss, The unwavering fullness of the jewel nectar, Again hold the mind in the blue Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum) at the top. After the completion of the arising stage of the great Madhyamaka, The great Vajra of self-born body, speech, and mind, With the three seals, purify the lotus Bodhicitta. Pour a rain of tremors on the general veins of the body, Contract the four limbs and twist them at the essential points. Bend the whole body, twist, and pull the body upwards, With the essential point of emptiness, do not lose it, grasp it thoroughly. With the mind, meditate on the red bindu at the tip of the nose, And also meditate on the blue Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum).
