Examining the nature of cessation, (Note:) because it is free from the suffering of the great transformation that is not destroyed by conditions. Examining with the reasoning of the nature of reality, because all the extremes of elaboration, such as the beginning and the end, and the three times, are equal in the state of reality, therefore it is also shown that the result is primordially complete. Therefore, the self-nature of the Dharmakaya is explained. As it is said in Manjushri: Buddhas have no beginning and no end, the first Buddha has no cause. And as it is said in the Stacked Mountain Sutra: The first Buddha has no cause, without beginning, without elaboration. Buddhas have no beginning and no end. And as it is said in the Root Tantra of the Definitive Meaning: Because of the self-born without birth and death, the wisdom body of the three times as one. And as it is said in the One Decision of the Three Times: The nature of all samsara and nirvana is Bodhicitta, the nature of Bodhicitta is without beginning and end, the basis of without beginning and end is spontaneously accomplished, the essence of without beginning and end is without certainty. And as it is said in the Showing Clearly the Wisdom Light of Samantabhadra: Because there is no cause for the first arising, therefore there is no death and coming at the end. Now there is no substance of things, therefore there is no clinging to permanence and attachment. And as it is said in the Uttaratantra: Without beginning, without middle, without end, peaceful, without distinction, non-dual, free from three, stainless, without conceptualization, realizing what is the nature of Dharmadhatu, seen by the yogis who abide in equanimity. And as it is said in the Root Tantra of Greatness of Self-Abiding: In mind, dharma, and space, there is no cause for the first arising, therefore there is no death and change at the end. Likewise, there is no beginning and no end. It also says: Past, future, and present time, how can it change with the word of permanence? Because there is no time in the three times, there is no before, no after, no origin. So on and so forth. It is also established that the lineage of these cannot be cut off. Furthermore, awareness does not have directions such as east, nor does it have extremes such as existence and non-existence, two and not two, nor is it cut off in categories such as samsara and nirvana, permanence and annihilation, nor is it composed of momentary parts of particles and consciousness. If it were to exist in that way, then the direction in which it exists, and the place where the causes and conditions are complete, and any one of the three times, would be temporarily abiding, or it would become a component of particles or consciousness, or it would fall into the extreme of elaboration, no

Because it is in accordance with the views of sects and so on, in that case, there may also be a non-pervasion of kinds. Here, because of the reason that the wisdom of the Buddha, the all-pervading Vajradhara of space, is truly accomplished by the awareness of the true nature of reality, which transcends the limits of elaboration of directions, times, arising and ceasing, causes and effects, and things, it is not like some Buddhas and sentient beings have it, and some do not. Because the nature of reality is free from elaboration and pervades everywhere, there is no non-pervasion of it in both samsara and nirvana. Moreover, because that itself is the nature of the fruit, the fruit is inherently complete. From the Equality of Wisdom and Space: Although there is ignorance and delusion, the fruit Buddha dwells in the heart. Therefore, it does not arise from elsewhere, it is not the beginning, it is this very moment. That is also self-aware wisdom, just as sesame seeds are pervaded by oil, self-awareness pervades all six realms of beings, and it exists continuously without arising or ceasing. Also, as it says in the Vajra Garland Tantra: The state of the Dharmadhatu is the most supreme. The Dharmadhatu is the realm of pervasion. The Dharmadhatu is what is said to it. All-pervading, supremely subtle, All-pervading, constantly moving, manifesting. Also, as it says in the Glorious Mountain of Accumulation Tantra: Unchanging, all-pervading, pervasive, An example is that which transcends all. Merely pointing out this name, It cannot symbolize the primordially pure Buddha. Without substance, beyond mind, without words. Also, as it says in the Self-Liberation: The stains of the four extremes are self-purified. Also, as it says in the Heap of Jewels: Without cessation, without arising, Without cutting off, not permanent, Without coming, without going, Not different meaning, not one meaning. Also, as it says in the Spontaneous Perfection: There is no end or middle to be established. Also, as it says in the Garland: The essence is primordially pure, The nature itself is spontaneously accomplished, Transcending earth, directions, and boundaries, There is no appearance like existence and non-existence. Also, as it says in the Heap of Jewels: This has neither outside nor inside, No one in any direction or boundary, Has any grasping to this. So forth. It shows that it is impossible for this kind not to exist. Another reason is that the nature of the mind of enlightenment, the wisdom of the fruit, has no abandonment or attainment, because the two obscurations to be abandoned, habitual tendencies, are suddenly deluded by the power of...
