Since it is the time of the Teacher, the principle of effortless self-liberation is, in that very itself it says: The effortless ones are like this, without an antidote of their own, so self-liberated in themselves, the original ignorance of oneself, the place of ignorance is self-liberated, like iron with itself as the antidote, the iron of oneself is all cut off, like stone breaking stones, one's own antidote is oneself, the great perfection of self-nature is great realization, whatever one is accustomed to like this, without searching and dwelling, all meanings are self-manifested, when not meditating, the great bliss of self-nature increases, in self-nature itself, the wisdom of space is manifestly aware, whoever encounters this, the previous habits without interruption do not obscure, even if one has sins, taking and abandoning in conventionality, liberation through being accustomed to this, without any doubt, the means of arising through habit, in self-nature, Naraka. (Tibetan: ན་ར་ཀན,Devanagari: नरक,Romanized Sanskrit: naraka,Literal Chinese meaning: Hell). Secondly, extensively explaining the meaning of great self-liberation, among them, the view is the action of meaning, great liberation from extremes, is the key to being without dependence; meditation is the action of meaning, great self-liberation has no antidote, so it does not depend on the guru's oral instructions; conduct is the action of meaning, relying on the key of naked liberation great manifestation, it is taught without depending on tantras, agamas, and oral instructions, there are three. The first is: eliminating all extremes of elaboration with one, so there is no dependence on anything, that is, one and different, two non-two four, existence and non-existence, appearance and non-appearance, the four extremes of two non-two cease, or not dwelling in anything, hence it is called liberation from extremes. Also, the liberation from extremes where all extremes such as inanimate and conscious, similar and dissimilar, two non-two, etc., are reversed, or the view of being without extremes, without a middle, is said to be. That is also, the reality of all phenomena encompassed by the basis, appearance, existence, samsara, and nirvana, is the way of abiding of self-born wisdom, therefore, all samsara and nirvana that arise as play from that power, no matter in what way they appear as extremes or elaborations, from that very moment, they are liberation from extremes, not moving away from the nature of reality beyond thought and expression, in accordance with this, the yogi's mind, towards anything, does not make calculations and dependencies of this is that and this is not that, but dwells equally, that is, towards external objects, towards inner mind, and towards the meaning of the unborn intermediate state, without making discriminating thoughts, but the clear awareness is directly pointed out in the state of being held, then the object-consciousness appears

Since any emptiness does not remain before the mind and is liberated, this is also called liberation from extremes. Since the intention of the Buddha, which is beyond speech, thought, and expression, is found from one's own individual self-cognizant wisdom, this is also called liberation from extremes. Because this is the path of the Victorious Ones and their heirs. As the Mother says: "Unspeakable, unthinkable, inexpressible," etc. As the Pearl Garland says: "Because of liberation from extremes, the four extremes cease." And as the All-Illuminating says: "Eliminating others is: by abiding in awareness, eliminating matter; by abiding in emptiness, eliminating things; since it is non-dual, eliminating dualistic appearances; since it is self-arisen, eliminating causes and conditions; since it is spontaneously accomplished, eliminating hope and fear; since it is pure, eliminating defilements; with the existence of non-existence, eliminating the extreme of nihilism; with the non-existence of existence, eliminating the extreme of eternalism. Vajra-holder, hold it well! The essence of the basis of true meaning is: turning away even from those similar to oneself, liberated from the eight aggregates that are merely similar in awareness. How is it liberated? Since there is no increase or decrease, it is liberated from the all-ground consciousness; since there is no self-grasping, it is liberated from the afflicted mind; since there is no grasping of subject and object, it is liberated from the mind; since there is no arising or ceasing, it is liberated and turns away from the five sense consciousnesses. O Lord of Secrets, it also turns away from those who are similar in understanding emptiness; it is not this naturally pure sky with color, nor is it with habitual tendencies. O Great Bodhisattva, it also turns away from those who are dissimilar; since awareness and kind are dissimilar, it is not matter, nor is it an object composed and produced from the four outer and inner elements that are dissimilar in kind to emptiness. Son of the lineage, therefore, know that you turn away from both. Free from grasping things that are not both. As the Lamp Array says: "The unliberated is liberated by liberation, the liberated is liberated by the unliberated, both are liberated as non-dual, the non-dual liberates both." Thus, by one liberating the other, all extremes are naturally liberated in their own place, transcending both liberation and non-liberation, the first holy one is primordially enlightened. Thus, since all phenomena are realized as the self-cognizant primordial Buddha who sees naked awareness, there is no need to rely on the act of liberation, and one is liberated without abiding in any extreme or elaboration, and since it exists in an indivisible instant of arising, even the extreme of time...
