།ལྷག་པར་ཡང་ཟད་ཅིང་ཐལ་ཕྱིན་པར་བསམ་མོ། །དེ་ནས་དམ་ཚིག་གི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་བསྟན་ཏེ། །སོར་མོ་རྣམས་རྒྱབ་ཏུ་བསྣོལ་ལ་བཅངས་ནས་གུང་མོ་གཉིས་རྒྱབ་སྦྱར་རྩེ་མོ་རྣོན་པོར་བསྒྲེང་ལ་ཕུར་པའི་ཀླད་དུ་གནོན། Recite and insert three and twenty-one times. Insert one eight-finger-length sandalwood stake into the heart, and one into the forehead. Also insert two into the shoulders and two into the inner thighs. Also insert into the navel hole. Claw Seal Mantra: Namaḥ samanta kāya vāk citta vajra nan. Oṃ, ghā ghā ghātaya, sarva duṣṭān, māraya phat. Kīlī kīlāya, sarva pāpaṃ phat. Hūṃ hūṃ vajra kīlī kīlāya vajra dharoda. Ājñā payati kāya vāka citta vajra kīlaya hūṃ phat, recite fiercely. After the stake is inserted, suppress it with the hand seal and mantra of the karma deity. Cross the fingers of both hands, join the tips of the thumbs and little fingers and extend them, while the other fingers are bent back forcefully. The mantra for this is: Oṃ vajra karma krodha hūṃ phat. Recite twenty-one times, then rotate three times to the right, and fumigate the head of the kīlaya. After that, visualize that the stake will not reappear, no one can remove it, and especially that it is completely exhausted and turned to ashes. Then show the samaya mudra. Cross the fingers behind and hold them, with the two middle fingers back to back, the tips pointing sharply upwards, and press down on the head of the stake. Admonish the deity and demon of the stake, so-and-so, not to violate this samaya, and recite this mantra seven times. Oṃ sarva tathāgatā samaya hūṃ phat. This is the mantra and mudra of the heart samaya, visualizing that all admonitions are heeded.

From the gathering point at the crown of all wrathful ones, on the dark blue HŪṂ, there is a vajra iron hook crossed vajra, a crossed vajra mandala surrounded by a garland of flames, in which three letters reside, shining like pure gold. Recite: OM VAJRA VAJRA ME TA HŪṂ SAMAYA STVAṂ. From this, it transforms into a golden Mount Meru, a quadrillion yojanas in size. On top of that is the Bhagavan Amoghasiddhi, with a green body, three faces, and six arms. The first right hand holds aloft a burning vajra, the first left hand points the crossed vajra at the heart. The retinue fills immeasurable palaces, being severely tormented and unmoving by the wrathful ones, thinking that even if the action is not accomplished, they will remain until the end of the kalpa. Entrust the action in the same way and abide. Visualize all implements as black. Arrange one black torma, offer it to the retinue who possess vows, and offer it to all the worlds. One fierce torma, invite the harmer himself and have him devour it. At the time of this action, also invite the messenger women, yaksha women, and rakshasa women. Offer the torma.
