May all Taras be liberated naturally through wisdom, and may they become fortunate ones of yoga. From our previous lives until now, we have failed to please the vows of those who have become our teachers, and those who share the same lineage and yidam. Due to our small compassion, the power to urge the vows of the noble ones is diminished. We have failed due to the power of granting. Due to not sensing ignorance, we cannot bear the causes of happiness and suffering. Our body, speech, and mind have disturbed our minds, and we have spoken of untrue Dharma. Due to unskilled conduct, we have abandoned the deities of vows, the teachers, the virtuous spiritual friends, and the deities of vows of the Vajra brothers and sisters, thus all accomplishments have been abandoned. Due to being separated from the clear-knowing superiors, the offerings are not continuous. Due to relying on friends who are not of the Dharma, the lineage is not continuous. Due to mixed merits, our abilities have become limited, and we have become dominated by laziness and indifference, thus not becoming a place of compassion, and the wisdom deities and protectors have been abandoned. From the suffering of abandoning the Dharma, we are separated from the objects of happiness, accumulating portions of sins, and obscurations of insufficient offerings and generosity, and non-virtuous thoughts of doubt arise from generating the mind of unsurpassed enlightenment. Remembering all the extremely painful things, we confess and repent with a remorseful heart. May this confession, by merely speaking it, purify the felt and unfelt, and the imprints. May we attain the state and, through purifying the lineage, attain the irreversible ground. May we receive the empowerment of the deities and teachers, and how the mandala was previously granted, without regression, and may we attain the four accomplishments. May we be free from all faults of speech, and may all the accumulated roots of virtue be attained as the measure of qualities. Then, offer the Tsok offering. Om Shri Heruka Maha Vajra Dakini Nam.
