Maha Mamsa Maha Rakta, Maha Chitta, Maha Vasuta, Maha Pancha Amrita Kha Kha Le Le Hum Bhyo Hum Bhyo Hum. Self-arisen, pure from the beginning! Medicine compounded from eighty thousand roots, Substance of the five families and five vows, Substance perfecting the five wisdoms, Saving all sentient beings of the five lineages, The nectar that dispels the five poisons. All Buddhas of the ten directions, And the great assembly of Bodhisattvas, The supreme essence that awakens the heart's commitment, This very nature of body, speech, and mind, We offer with faith, Please accept and be pleased, Grant me the magical siddhis. Now in this supreme and sacred place, I offer to all the noble ones, And I request the Vajra sisters and brothers who reside in the ten directions, Please fulfill the heart commitment of those who are present now, And all sentient beings.
